First, the facial did not last 1.5 hr. The Aesthetician arrived late and facial began late - no apology and no extension of time lost. Also, Aesthetician ended facial several minutes early. I believe I lost about 15 minutes. Also, I did not get an infusion of nutrients, instead, I was given a mask and told to keep it on until the next morning. The last 20 minutes of the facial was spent with the mask on and I left with the mask on. I was told that my skin will glow and be soft for a week - not true! I left the mask on until the next morning. In the morning, my skin was breaking out and did not feel smooth. I was able to calm my skin with Seaflora products that I use. I contacted the Owner, and she offered a 20% discount on another facial - Why would I want to return and have another bad experience!
