I moved to Toronto a year and a half ago and I continued to visit my hair stylists up north for cut and colour. I've always found colour hard to duplicate and I've always trusted my stylist that my hair health is maintained by care and the use of good products. Last week, I went in on a whim specifically looking for Eufora products as mine ran out and this was one of the closer locations to where I currently live that carried the line. I walked in and it was incredibly busy. I was curious and having had the afternoon off I asked if anyone was available to just do a quick colour. A wonderful lady named Antonella was available and I am so grateful to her because my colour has never looked better. She was efficient, professional and kind. I also had Michael wash my hair. Never have I ever had a scalp massage so extraordinary. I can't wait to go back. Thanks to them I left feeling completely refreshed. I would recommend Antonella and Michael to anyone. I have gone here for over a year now and I LOVE THIS PLACE! I go here to fix the problems that other salons cause. I have very delicate hair that I bleach blonde all the time = damaged, fragile hair. They are great with their knowledge. I go to Natasha for dye and Michael for a blow-out. Natasha and Hannah are both GREAT at dying your hair. I have gotten lowlights so many times at other places and after warning them that my hair sucks up the dye quickly and not to leave it on long, I have walked out countless times crying with my black streaks in my bleach blonde hair. WELL Natasha listened and now I have gorgeous light brown lowlights and no problem at all. Michael is FABULOUS with blow-drying. Great guy with a HUGE heart. Erin is absolutely incredible. She is the only hair dresser that I have been able to trust in 20 years. She gives you great suggestions and listens to everything that you have to say. You can tell that she knows what she is doing. I am the kind of person who prefers to sit quietly during a haircut, and she respects that without trying to force a conversation. She also gives the best head massages while she washes your hair (my favourite part). The salon itself is beautiful and well kept. The receptionists are very sweet and great at their job. The online appointment booking was very useful and they always get back to me very quickly. I did find a trim and a style a bit pricey at $70, but I'm willing to pay it considering it looks amazing. Consistently, over the years, I've had Athena, and occasionally Bouchra, correct countless botch jobs I made the mistake of getting while traveling. The results have always been absolutely excellent: natural, subtle and leaving me with the choice of not coming in for another set of highlights for 3-4 months. I just had another bad experience at a salon in Washington, DC, and it made me swear (again) that I'll never go anywhere else but to Capucci's. I ended up with what looks like overall colour, with a very noticable and straight root line and a yellowish glow. It could have been a worse, but it made me miss Capuccis yet again. They listen, do what you ask for (but will warn if your idea won't work), the attitude is friendly, and there is something for every budget. read more

Capucci Salon & Spa never fails to amaze me! The staff are very kind and friendly making me feel right at home whenever I am there. They make sure to ask if everything is going well and if you need a refreshment such as a cup of coffee or water which is very hospitable of them. Patricia is amazing with hair cuts.
