I had a tingling, sometimes burning sensation on a toe. My family doctor sent me to a Sports Medicine doctor. After some radiographies and ultrasounds that came all with no major problems or injuries, his solution was several weeks of physiotherapy or temporary relief with a painful injection. I did not like any of the proposals and I put up with the discomfort. When asked about a limited head rotation, again, he suggested a few weeks of physiotherapy to see if it helped, but was very doubtful about recovering full motion. A few months later, I went back to the same doctor with a knee pain. Same suggestion: try physio. I did not have the funds or the interest in spending hundreds of dollars just to "see if it works". I knew I needed somebody specialized in the musculoskeletal system. I called the College of Physicians to find out under what category the Osteopath doctors were listed, as I could not find them on their site. To my surprise, they do not list them. I did my research on internet and found Alper. The reviews were positive and I decided to see if he could help me. I just saw him once. In that session he did not just looked at my knee of feet. He did what had to be done: look at the root of the problem, the complete musculoskeletal system. He discovered my pelvis was tilted, making one leg shorter than the other. After some manipulation, he managed to put back the pelvis in its proper position. That made the legs length even. Miraculously, the toe tingling/burning is gone. I can go up and down the stairs with no pain. And all this in just one session! No ultrasounds, no x rays, no injections. I would highly recommend seeing Alper. At least try once as I did and, hopefully you will be as impressed I was. You might get rid of your problem as I did. I booked a second appointment so that he can work on my neck motion. Unfortunately, I have to wait almost two month to see him again.

Lovely place with a medival castle like charm to it. The snacks included almonds, biscottis and apples. Your choice of cucumber or lemon water. My voucher came with a choice of a latte or cappuccino. Unfortunately, there was no pool or whirlpool but the women's locker room had a small sauna that fit one person. Very clean environment with friendly staff.
