It took a while to book my initial appointment, but it was worth it. All I want is to get my back cracked, I got that and more. In our first consultation, he checked my mobility and movement and assessed that I have a mild form of mechanical pain. He created a treatment plan of 5 sessions and included exercises that would help develop my core to prevent injury during sport/workouts and improve my posture. He went beyond that by providing a brief high-pressure targeted deep massage at the beginning of the first and each subsequent session. I wouldn't say it's relaxing, but I love the pressure. He'll adjust based on your tolerance though my motto is no pain, no gain, so I take it full on. We worked mainly on my upper, lower and mid-back. *TIP* If you want to work on your back, wear a tank top instead of a strappy sports bra. I've been working on those three exercises he taught me each day. I would say they are easy enough to add to your routine and incorporate daily. Oh and it's always wonderful when a clinic charges directly to my insurance, saves all the pain of admin work.

Their 'perks' are better (more clearly) outlined than the local competition (and I researched before going for my trial). I'm a fan. I highly recommend her for your Physio needs. They are also very strict with their PPE/social distancing measures and the clinic is very clean. Only downside is they make you take off your clean mask to replace with either your own unused mask or pay for one of their own. This defeats the keep mask on at all times purpose . So technically, if another patron had asymptomatic Covid symptoms and took their mask on/off hence dispersing the virus, I'm more likely to get virus too because I had to switch my mask when I entered clinic. Makes no sense to me. Aside from a soiled mask I think this mask protocol is overkill. Hence ~ 4 stars

I told the massage therapist that I had really aggravated my post concussion symptoms, so she thought a good idea would be applying pressure to the middle of my head and massaging that area. Not a good idea as it caused much further aggravation. I told my chiropractor, regular massage therapist, and family doctor what happened, and they were just absolutely baffled why a therapist would do that to a post concussion syndrome client and confirmed that this has what led to a major setback for me. I informed the office of what happened but no response. I'm sure this place is OK for relaxation massages but don't make the same mistake I did and come here for more serious muscular and nerve issues.

Would recommend this to those who are looking for an actual therapeutic massage, rather than just a "relaxation massage".
