My purpose of taking treatments from this physio center is due to some accident injuries I suffered about 10 months ago. Though I received treatments from other places, I could very well recommend this place to anyone deserving treatments for various body ailments. The treatments given by Dr. Nadia Merchant as well as physio Dr. Anjali Singh are extremely good and I can without any hesitation recommend them to those deserving patients. The front desk staff too are really good and they talk to everyone in a friendly and very polite manner. The center is clean and easily accessible as there is a large parking area right in front of this physio center. Udaya Kosala. (A satisfied customer)

She identified the problem as being rooted in my hips and after just one session I was already feeling better. I went back to see her one or two more times but then I was *~*healed*~* so didn't need to return. Christa recommended me to their acupuncturist, Nada, as well to help with some issues with my jaw and neck. I went to see her twice and had a lovely experience. She did ask a lot of questions on the first visit but you can tell she's not just there to collect a cheque ... she really cares about your needs, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Prices are competitive, they do direct billing, and the space is really friendly and inviting. The receptionist even let me charge my phone behind her desk once while I was in my appointment! I haven't been back in awhile since their techniques have helped me (yay!), but will be back as needed, maybe for a massage next time.

She is also constantly bettering herself through continued learning to be as up-to-date for her patients as possible. Her office is clean, cozy, offers receipts electronically or via paper, and she has toys for your children to play. I met Dr. Lardi at a baby show almost three years ago now. Originally, I came to her to adjust my pelvic imbalance during my pregnancy. Not only did she adjust that, but she fixed my knee pain, and gave me techniques and exercises to take with me at home. Additionally, about a year into going to her, she discovered that my mother had passed away, and reached out with her sentiments and condolences to myself and my family. She took the time to make sure I knew I was supported, when even coworkers and friends hadn't done so. When work had me working extra hours and switching everything around, she was there to find a schedule that could work for both of us. From the moment I walked in the door, the team at Evolve were incredibly kind and super thoughtful. One of my biggest fears going to a clinic like this (as a plus-size person) is that my body would be brought up as the cause of my issues. I had booked an appointment with Brendan Pynenburg, who listened to me and what my issues with. Did a full assessment and really put my needs (as a patient) first. He gave me suggestions based on my abilities for my body and made a plan for how I could get my back issues fixed. After the first night, I immediately felt better just from his helping hands. But almost every single day, I've been putting into practice the helpful tips and exercises that Brendan has given me. I'm super thankful to him and the rest of the team for their work. If you're looking for someone who will listen to you, I would highly recommend coming here.

Without the help of Myodetox, I wouldn't have been able to persevere and progress in my fitness…read moregoals. I injured my lower back a few years ago from performing deadlifts, and was told by my family doctor that the injury would forever restrict my training, especially in the lower back which I was advised to avoid training completely. I was told that I would ultimately have to accept the fact that my back was injured and not much could be done to treat it. Luckily with the help of another passionate gym-goer, I was referred to Myodetox. I was told they performed wonders with rehabilitation regarding gym related injuries, as they're marketed to combine methods of chiropractic treatments, physiotherapy, and massage therapy. I was referred to Boris who upon our first appointment, was quick and alert to understand what my issues were, and educated me about my injury and the treatments which were going to be done in order to remedy the injury. After just a few sessions comprised of treatment and performing instructed exercises at home on my end, I was able to deadlift again! Soon enough, I was able to resume my training regime normally, and I couldn't have been happier as this went against the belief of my family doctor! If you have any concerns regarding your bodily functions, whether it's a gym related injury, tense parts of your body, or even require a posture alignment, the team at Myodetox quite literally has your back, and is more than competent at attending to and finding remedies for whatever concerns you may have. The analogy I like to think of for Myodetox treatments are if we're cars and the treatments are like service check-ups, cars can't keep running properly without proper tuning and service maintenance, so it's important we attend to and maintain our bodies in order to live healthily while performing movements in a pain-free manner. Definitely check out Myodetox if you have any bodily function concerns, as they do indeed perform wonders! I've been visiting them for a few years now and look forward to future sessions!
