I received a little welcome package with epsom salts and some more information - which was actually helpful. When I tried to give her a tip, she asked simply for recommendations which is what this is for! If you has a hurt and live in the area, I recommend going there. If you have an appointment after 6pm, you need to tell security to give you elevator access. I've been coming here for physio with Cole Keddie, he has been helping me with my injury. He is very knowledgeable and organized, providing me with follow-up instructions after my appointments etc. The receptionist is also very nice and helpful. I like that they offer appointments after 5pm, so I can go after work. The facility is very clean. They do direct billing to insurance. I highly recommend!

Each visit was a 20 minute session. 5-10 minutes of mild adjusting and the rest was just speaking with the physiotherapist about exercises I could do at home. I didn't find any relief until I sought treatment elsewhere. Then they submitted invoices to my insurance company for 1 hour sessions to get more money. Overall I did not have a good experience and they tried to significantly reduce funding that I actually need to use to get better. Really disappointed in that kind of dishonest behaviour.

I understad that place can get busy, but he simply doesn't know how to handle it. I understand customers get questions but he simply doesn't know how to assist us in a professional, cooperative & patient manners. I also recently started seeing their new RMT, Mateo, and he's a perfect addition to anyone's wellness journey. I've had massages before, even massages at doctor's clinics, and yet none of them felt as clinical and effective as Mateo's. You're not just lying on a table and falling asleep for an hour. Mateo asks you about your problems, actively treats them, and (much like the physio sessions) assigns you homework exercises to keep the problems away. My back will be eternally grateful to his work. I also had a wrist issue that was caused from using a cane in the first 2 months after surgery. Based on Yelp reviews, I started at another clinic and they were nice, but after a month, I wasn't seeing results. Then I found Ace, and have been impressed with Hayley from the start. She warned me that a lot of the treatments and exercises could be uncomfortable or even a bit painful but that breaking down scar tissue was what I needed and it's painful. I appreciated the honesty and the aggressive plan of attack. I was impressed that most of my 1 hour assessment time was actually devoted to treatment so I saw results right away. Hayley has me confidant that I will have full range of motion sooner rather than later, which is worth the minor short term discomfort. She also has the experience of viewing surgeries - including the bilateral TKR that I had done, so she literally knows what I went through. I'm a fan of Ace.
