Jason compassionately answered all of my questions, treated my knee with massage, manipulation and laser treatment, then provided me with strengthening exercises to speed up my recovery. After each visit, I would receive an email with descriptions and visuals of two additional exercises that I had learned at the clinic, to add to my routine. As incontinence is a side effect of this surgery Triangle had assigned me to Rasika Shah who specializes in pelvic floor recovery. All I can say was that Rasika was AMAZING! Going in I had expected some level of recovery by the time 9 weeks of physio sessions were complete - anticipating as the surgeon had told me recovery could be upwards of a year. Through the pelvic floor regimen Rasika had provided me, adherence to the daily exercise program she had provided and her pushing me to mentally challenge myself with the incontinence, after only two months no longer wearing protective undergarments during the day or at night - even for sports.
