Right now, they have different promotions ongoing. I made a reservation on a weekday for a "full body + food reflexology". The staff were very professional and they even contacted me when they were behind the schedule to let me know to arrive 15 minutes later. My session took around 90 minutes and it felt like I got reset after it. It was very relaxing and calming. I had a couple of cramps in my shoulders that was resolved after the session.

They do offer other types of services such as aromatherapy body massage, couples massage, scalp massage and wash, hot stone, cupping, hydrating facial and combos. The staff were very professional and friendly. They were patient and accommodated all four of us in one room which we thought was really nice. Our session felt so nice and relaxing. The knots in my shoulder were released and my feet and calves felt rejuvenated. Only recommendation would be to play some calming music during the session. I'm not sure if they usually do but at the time of our visit, there wasn't any music playing in the background. They offered complementary tea, biscuits and candies as well.

A Truly Wonderful Experience Every Time!!…read more I've been coming here for years, and I can't say enough good things about both the location and my massage therapist, Jennifer . The atmosphere is always calm, clean, and welcoming--perfect for truly relaxing and unwinding. My massage therapist is absolutely incredible--professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. She always know exactly what my body needs, whether I'm dealing with tension, stress, or just need a moment to reset. Every session feels personalized and restorative. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers such high-quality care and attention. I'm so grateful to have found this gem and will continue coming back for years to come!

I really hate leaving negative reviews but here is the truth.....I was there yesterday for a…read moreprenatal massage. I told the masseuse I want full body but to focus on my neck, lower back and hips. She spent the whole time talking about her Egyptian boyfriend that she's been with for a month, which distracted her from what she was doing. Next thing you know my hour was up and she only got to my back and lower legs? She never touched my hips, neck, thighs, lower back, arms etc. This was the worst massage I ever had and I could've got my little cousins to do a better job. Each time I asked her to apply pressure she told me it's too difficult for her because I'm on my side. I'm obviously on my side because I'm pregnant and it's a prenatal massage. I'm not someone that's hard to please at all but I did inform the front desk it's a disappointment that I have to pay for that type of service. The front desk didn't bother to ask me any questions or seem to care, they just said to have a nice day. I was looking forward to that massage all week because of these pregnancy pains...I still left there in pain and $120 less in my pocket lol not a good experience at all and I won't be returning. ...not to mention, their new rooms are as bright as they're shown in the pictures here. If you're like me and prefer the room to be dim and relaxing you won't enjoy that part.

I heard about Massage Addict from one of my bosses at work who highly recommended them…read more I have back problems and always wanted to try massage therapy, and when I found out my insurance company covers 80% with a ''prescription'' from my doctor, I was in. The pricing isn't cheap ($89.99 for 1 hour) if you don't have coverage, but make sure to sign up for their emails because they usually have coupons. Or you could sign up for their yearly membership and automatically get cheaper rates, however you are locked in for a year. The facility is very clean and simple, with dimmed lighting and soothing music playing. The beds are comfy and you can easily find yourself dozing off during your massage. I've had two different therapists so far and they both were very talented. I always leave feeling very refreshed and energized. I'm a fan, 5/5

The process is simple, a health assessment, and then the massage. However, they went above and beyond and offered stretches to assist with specific tight areas the masseuse noticed. The masseuses are RMT's and are excellent, very professional, and quite knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, relaxing and very clean. I believe that it was recently opened, but it was very zen and made my partner and I both quite comfortable. There is all this talk about being pressured into signing up for a membership - but my partner and I did not experience this at all. We were offered to sign up, but were not pressured. There is a $20 savings per appointment for a standard 1 hr massage if you have the membership, I believe. However, you are welcome to continue going there and just paying the 'non-member price'. Overall, a fantastic experience, we will be back for sure!
