I was referred to Triangle Physiology by the surgeon who had completed my radical prostectomy surgery. As incontinence is a side effect of this surgery Triangle had assigned me to Rasika Shah who specializes in pelvic floor recovery. All I can say was that Rasika was AMAZING! Going in I had expected some level of recovery by the time 9 weeks of physio sessions were complete - anticipating as the surgeon had told me recovery could be upwards of a year. Through the pelvic floor regimen Rasika had provided me, adherence to the daily exercise program she had provided and her pushing me to mentally challenge myself with the incontinence, after only two months no longer wearing protective undergarments during the day or at night - even for sports. I have been going to Triangle on/off for several years. The physiotherapist i deal with is great; however the front desk/reception is terrible. I left an urgent message for the physiotherapist and they never gave it to her (though they said they did). I prepaid for 10 sessions and have to constantly remind them to send me the invoice after each treatment. Also very difficult to reach them by phone and get a return call. There are better places around. read more

I have been been receiving regular physiotherapy treatments from Zill for a recent injury. Zill's professional care and attention to my needs is very much appreciated not to mention her very pleasant personality. I would recommend Zill for physiotherapy treatments. read more

I attend Triangle Physiotherapy in Oakville and I'm very happy with the results. I have had back and knee problems for a number of years and they have always been able to relieve my pain. I do have one warning. I needed a knee brace for which I was charged $300 plus tax. I contacted their supplier DJO Global and found this exact same knee brace to be on sale for $74.25 plus tax. The folks at Triangle told me that Sun Life would a) not reimburse me if I bought on-line and b) the $300 covers their consulting fee. You can make your own evaluation but I find $300 for a brace that costs $74.25 to be taking advantage. I did speak to Sun Life and they assured me that as long as I had a doctor's prescription they would cover the cost regardless of where I purchased the brace. read more

Small testimony. Prior to Triangle I went to another physiotherapist here in downtown Toronto. They were very involved in social media, at local social and sporting events. I quickly realized that they were all talk. My injury never improved and I was wasting hundreds of dollars and hours of my time. I decided I would try out somewhere different. I cannot express how much I enjoy my ongoing experience at Triangle Physio. I have been seeing Lucas since the beginning of the year (twice a week for the first month or so, then once a week) and my pain in my shoulder that I have been dealing with for almost 2 years is improving with every session. I remember my first intake session with Lucas, I cried. The pain was crippling, and after discussing a realistic treatment plan and one session I already felt an improvement. The office manager at Triangle King is incredible. They offer a full service. I don't have to deal with my insurance company, submitting any claims, or anything related. Please do not over think this decision. They are 100% the real deal! read more

My husband had at 1215 appointment for assessment and treatment. There's even a flyer that says "no waiting" policy. We weren't seen for 20 minutes... The therapist was very nice, professional. The reception is a different story. There were two girls at the desk (one had just arrived to take over for the day). The first thing she said was "Ok why is this chair so high???? Omg the computer is so slow..' directed at her coworker. Then she couldn't figure out how to bill insurance so she had to call them..that was a struggle in itself. We finally get around to payment and I ask her about billing secondary insurance. She didn't even know we had it, but we just filled out the paperwork!! Then the phone rang, and she took the call, it wasn't a quick call either. I was just left there standing and waiting! She was just so unprofessional, a little rude since she didn't even look in my direction, answered the phone while trying to help me, didn't know the actual address of the clinic ... BUT the actual therapist was great. read more

I was impressed - from the first phone conversation all the way to the treatment itself. Really dedicated staff and mindful of the patient's needs. Here are a couple things that really stood out for me: - they do a great job at using online tools: editable PDF forms that you can fill-in before going in, email reminders etc. - another thing that I really liked was the atmosphere in the clinic - very cheerful and relaxed. - the staff seem to really know what they're doing and they use modern equipment too. This is one place that treats the people like they are on a conveyor belt. Literally, they take on so many customers (kudos to them) that they do not have the time to treat you like you're a person. I have been there and after 10 treatments, my back still hurts. And talking about Christine the receptionist, she's in the wrong line of work. Very short memory and unprofessional. Not impressed. Visited this office recently and the staff was not helpful at all. They claim they're offering a number of orthotic services on their website however, I was asked whether I have an insurance policy and turned down. They asked too much detail about my insurance policy and attempted to add extra services onto the bill. This place is a money-grab. Avoid going here at all times. read more

I found Triangle Physiotherapy by searching them online. I should have recognized the lack of reviews as a red flag. Each and every time I went to the Etobicoke office, I had to wait between 15 to 20 minutes. I went there for a total of six times and saw three different therapists. I felt as though I was constantly repeating my history. One of the therapists was NOT REGISTERED. He had not yet written his exams and this was NOT disclosed to me until after three treatment sessions. No exercises were given to me. After my 20 minute wait I was given "ultrasound" by a physiotherapy assistant. On one visit, the assistant interrupted my five minute ultrasound treatment to remove another patient's acupuncture needles. Think twice before you go here. You will wait for 20 minutes, see an assistant for 5 minutes and see a physiotherapist, possibly unregistered, for two minutes. This is your health and your physical well being. Go somewhere where you can ensure that you are getting the attention and care that you deserve. read more
