I have been here many times and i say this place is an excellent place to get a good relaxing…read moremassage. Staff is very friendly, and so are the massuses. I still cannot give this place more than 3 stars , as the downside of this place are the hot towels they use for cleaning up the body after the body massage. They are usually never clean and feel still feel oiley from the previous use. I stopped taking a facial treatment here, as and when i realized they use the same hot towels on the face too. Yaaakk!! .. Bottom line .. my recommendation : If its just the massage you are going in for, get it .. go home and make sure you have a shower to clean up.

"Meh" bordering on "Yikes."…read more - The lady at the front is not friendly. Actually, none of the staff members are particularly friendly. Except one lady who was doing the foot reflexology thing on my wife; she was in a particularly good mood because it was her last day at the job (which, she was very excited to tell us that my wife was literally the last person she would be working on ever). - The downstairs room walls are super thin, so you can hear everything happening outside. Everything. - The staff is all over the map in terms of technique, skill, language barriers, coverage, areas of focus, etc. - The staff will be talking (not whispering, talking) to each other while they are working, so good luck on getting some of that "relaxation" that you came to experience. - Some people in our party had some extremely close and personal experiences that left them wondering "... was I just violated?". Especially where full-body massages were concerned. Not really an issue with the foot reflexology aspects. I wouldn't go back. But others in my party said they would. So it just seems to depend on who is doing the work on you.

I had a deep tissue massage at Body & Soul Massage Therapy 6 months ago. The place was kind of hard…read moreto find as it is situated inside the building. There weren't enough signs outside to show where to go so I got a little confused getting into the plaza. Once I arrived, the person at the front desk was nice and I signed the waiver/form since it was my first time going in for the service. Five minutes later, a massage therapist came out to greet me. The entire massage was good but not really relaxing as the massage therapist, Veronica, was a bit rough on my shoulders and back. But I guess I was just really stiff that day. I am really glad that she didn't talk to me at all throughout the massage as other places would continually ask me questions and I would have to stop her from asking. Overall, it was a good experience. It is quite expensive in my opinion ($95+tax). They do provide RMT receipts so it would be great if you want to claim some of the benefits.

A Truly Wonderful Experience Every Time!!…read more I've been coming here for years, and I can't say enough good things about both the location and my massage therapist, Jennifer . The atmosphere is always calm, clean, and welcoming--perfect for truly relaxing and unwinding. My massage therapist is absolutely incredible--professional, skilled, and genuinely caring. She always know exactly what my body needs, whether I'm dealing with tension, stress, or just need a moment to reset. Every session feels personalized and restorative. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers such high-quality care and attention. I'm so grateful to have found this gem and will continue coming back for years to come!

The pricing is a bit more expensive than what I've experienced in the states; however, the service…read moreis top notch. I went in for the foot (and leg) massage and I experienced one of the most thorough and effective sessions I've ever had. Further, the facilities were clean and well appointed. The environment really set tone for a relaxing experience. Initially I was concerned that I would not be able to find the location because there was so much emphasis placed on finding the studio. In my opinion it really isn't that difficult. That said, it was nice that the staff are diligent about helping patrons navigate. I would definitely recommend.

Cheap prices, with a generous amount of time allocated for the massage. This place isn't as fancy…read moreas some of the larger, better decorated spas -- and actually a bit difficult to find in the back of the Chinese Centre. However, you'll get a nice thorough massage from friendly staff without spending a ton of money. You can feel free to walk-in if you don't have an appointment and you'll be accommodated without an issue. Be aware though that it might be little harder to communicate if you don't speak Mandarin Chinese (though you can get by through phone translations or pointing at the product you want). Also, be prepared for the session to be a bit "rough" if you are not used to reflexology --- though you can request less pressure and more gentle massaging.

Went here desperate for some relaxation after a stressful few months…read more I received a very good reflexology massage and my legs felt like new afterwards. It was rough, but relaxing. Quite an experience for my first time. I also opted for an RMT session as it seemed reasonably priced. This was a mistake. The same woman who did my reflexology also did the RMT service. I was surprised when she walked into the second room. I asked her "you're the RMT?" and she just stared at me due to a language barrier. I just kind of shrugged and thought to myself "how bad could it be?". Turns out, very bad. It was a very rough massage with no particular skill applied to it. I was vocal every time it hurt by saying "OW", so thankfully she understood that word. There were parts that felt nice and others that were straight up painful. Yes, RMT sessions are painful sometimes. But skillfully/strategically painful. This massage was more just consistent friction, up and down motions and poking. I swear, once she headed for my scalp I was relieved because how badly can you mess that up... honestly, I thought she was trying to manually labotomize me. Crack me open like a coconut. This woman was not an RMT. As I paid, I noticed the photocopied RMT certificate on the wall. The name on the wall did not match the woman I had. The provided RMT receipt had the same wall name and was pre-signed by this unknown person in a different colour pen. All kinds of sketchy. I refuse to even send that to my insurance company and I will eat the cost due to my own sheer stupidity. A few days later I spent the money (a lot more actually) all over again and had an additional emergency session with a real RMT. He was shocked at the state I was in and why. Lesson learned = you get what you pay for, if it seems to good to be true, it is, etc...
