Always so understanding when things come up and an appointment has to be changed or cancelled, although it alters their schedules and I try not to, it does happen. Elsewhere you might get a smug 'ok', or even a charge applied to the account, here it is always so reassuring that they are there to make you feel better and know that things come up, they are there to make our lives easier and not harder and for that I will always return even as I moved farther away, it is well worth the drive each and every time.

I waited until 11:00AM and didn't receive a call for more than 15 minutes, so I decided to go to another walk-in which took me in right away. The first call I received while in my appointment over 20 minutes late. I told them that I no longer require an appointment and the doctor with attitude responded with "If you ever want to come back here you'll need to pay $40 dollars". Absolutely unprofessional. Late to a phone call appointment, attitude on the phone, and no sympathy whatsoever for my situation. I would never walk in this place again and I hope a new patient never walks in here again.
