You can stop the flow of water with the on and off switch if you feel like it's getting too intense. 3 . The area of the system is nice and big so it allows for less "accidents" to happen and also helps you to relax. I'll definitely be back to this location. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us.
