I have been going to Paris nails for over 8 years! All of the staff are extremely detailed in nail designs, cleanliness and customer service. The owner is such a nice and caring talented person. She always seems to amaze me with the designs she can come up with on the spot and her creativity is extended to her staff as well. I am always so happy when I leave the salon and super satisfied with the service they provide. The best nail salon and staff hands down! I will never go anywhere else.

I absolutely love Paris nails! I have been going here for years and I'm never disappointed. Anne the owner is such a sweetheart and always does my nails exactly like the pictures I show her! I truly appreciate the customer service here. Keep up the great work!

Omgg I've been coming hear since I was 16 I'm now 21 and I still love it the same! I go to other nail salon but they're just not like PARIS NAILS! Kathy was amazing she really pays attention to details and that's what I love! I'm really satisfied and happy I usually don't write reviews but she went beyond my expectations. Thank you GIRL

Such a great job! French with white and pink powder.

The ladies are for the most part friendly and do their absolute best. They are stern which can be taken the wrong way but they just mean business and try to give you the best service they can! They have beautiful colors and powders and they know how to do really good nails. A little pricey though. They do a really great job at doing gorgeous nails.

This is my go to nail shop. I come every 2 weeks and I only go to Jenny for my nails and Ms.Helen for my feet. Jenny is quick fast and pays close attention to detail. She gets you in the out. Ms. Helen is a perfectionist and if it isn't perfect she will start over. I pay a total of 97 every time I go for nails feet and eyebrows not including the tip. They're very sanitary and they have the plastic covers over the pedicure bowls. The atmosphere is normally good calming and relaxing when the new ppl aren't there lol They're always loud and gossiping no one wants to hear that when you're supposed to be working and creating a soothing environment. But other than that I love the nail salon. The owner Annie is sweet as well. Make an appointment with JENNY and Ms.Helen if you want the best.

The service here was amazing!! The process went very fast and the design I asked for was complicated design but it was done flawlessly. The price was very reasonable as well I paid $70

Terrible

I aim a nail technician and I would not recommend this place Evon nails and spa Is where y'all should go

I have been going here for about 2 years and I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but tbh they are a hit or miss and this time just happened to be a miss. I got my nails done Thursday May 13, today is Thursday may 20 and my nails are not up to par at all. Don't get me wrong the design was cute to me. However, The white "shellac" has a brown tint and just looks dirty. (Ref. Pictures) my thumb is missing but I can't really blame them for that because that one was my fault. The shape is horrible and I let the owner know while he was doing my nails and he still did not fix it he just said it would be better once he filed it and it was not. The people are friendly which is why they get my business but this set wasn't worth the $100 dollars I paid. ($63 for nails $37 tip). Overall I am just done with Paris nails and will be taking my business else where sad to say. This review isn't to bash the company but just giving my honest opinion of the nails and the quality of them.

I was greeted warmly by the staff, who walked me over to a seat. The salon was very clean and spacious. The polish change took all of 15 minutes and cost around $12. I was glad it wasn't anything more as most places charge upwards of $15. I remember back in the day polish change was $8-$10. Ugh. I despise how expensive everything is nowadays, especially maintenance related.

I've been coming here for several years off and on and usually leave happy, but as if the infection wasn't bad enough.... The customer service has really gone downhill. It appears a bit messy up at the front & crowded at the desk with girls just hanging out. Their technicians (never the same) seem unsure& timid, and there is usually a lack of communication between the front desk and the technician that I have to clarify repeatedly, even though the only thing I ever get is a simple, classic mani no polish, buff and go; and maybe a basic gel pedicure. The prices also went up by at least $10 a service overnight, once the name switched. Previously, I had a $100 gift card from NOA that they would not honor. Why not? I understand ownership changed, but to not honor past gift cards for longer doesn't bode well for established clients. Another time, back in May , I was told the wait would be over 45 minutes for a mani, even though that area appeared completely empty. Ok - so I walked back out and across the street to Blush Salon and got a lovely manicure right away. I don't expect I'll be returning to Genova any time soon.

1 STAR -- $90 FOR THIS?!…read more Absolutely horrible experience. My nails were uneven, and I literally had to tell the guy doing my pedicure to fix issues that the manicure tech should have caught and corrected. Even after that, my nails STILL looked messy and uneven. They also didn't use any type of light while doing my nails, which honestly explains a lot because the final result looked rushed and poorly done. My hands were sore afterward, and I know I was cut on my toes because THEY HURT NOW. On top of the bad work, I felt extremely rushed. The staff kept complimenting me over and over, seemingly expecting that to influence me into leaving a bigger tip. News flash: I love myself just fine compliments aren't going to make me ignore poor service or pay extra for work that wasn't done properly. If anything, it made me uncomfortable. I paid $90 for this and expected quality work--not rushed, uneven nails and sore, cut-up toes. If you're going to charge that much, the service should actually reflect the price. PLEASE either shut this place down or hire staff who actually know what they're doing. This was my LAST time coming here. Save your money and BEWARE. Money hungry and quality nowhere to be found.

I fear I may have been gaslit into thinking I had a great service, only to see the final result,…read moredisappointed. While the economy is turning to shit, the only thing at least giving me some type of self care is getting pedicures and MAYBE a manicure. However, Milano just disappointed me in ways I didn't think could. Especially for a chain salon. I'm simple. I don't need designs. So if you're going to offer $30 simple pedicures and $25 manicures, I pray and hope it's still decent enough for me to come back. Not enough people speak up when it comes to getting a service done, but I did. I had Tina doing my pedicure. What I thought was wonderful, actually turned out to be terrible. It's like the before and during process were just fine, except when it came to the final product, she literally left streaks on my toes. I understand it was a Classic Pedicure, but that still doesn't excuse a shoddy job. For a $30 pedicure, I could go back to my regular nail tech and there won't be any streaks. Yvonne did my manicure. And after she had told me she was done, I look at my hands and realized she also left streaks on my fingers. Not enough coating. Or too much coating. She had to do my finger 3 times. She had to wipe away, paint 3 times, give it 3 coats and still, for some reason, it still smudged. The coating was just too thick. She even had to tell me that she had to do it 3 times. If it was done right the first time, she wouldn't have to tell me she had to do it more than once. Like hello? She was also on her phone talking. Multitasking. Look, I get it, but damn. Unprofessional. AirPods while talking the phone, and painting my nails. She even sprayed my toes and hands for a faster drying process and it still ends up smudged. I'm disappointed that even for $30 pedicure and a $25 manicure, I would at least get a decent service. Not a, "you get what you pay for" service. I should've know better. My fingers still smell like polish. The vigorous handwashing is coming. Pictures speak for themselves, even after speaking up. UPDATE: 4/20/2026 I called back, as they response asked politely to directly call back. While the person in charge for the day, answered. She stated that any classic service does not have any warranty. So she offered 15% a future service. I politely decline because, 15% is nothing compared to the end result I paid for. And second, it's good to know that my claim of "you get what you pay for" still stands. As you can't even get a "warranty" to fix your nails even though the tech did a bad job. There's no point is trying to have self care, even at the lowest price point, because you literally will get what you pay for. $30 for classic with bare minimum results.

I get in the pedicure chair and wait for a bit. My feet are soaking in the water for probably almost 10 min. So I'm sure it's good enough. Here's where it just goes down hill. My nail tech was nice at first but throughout the service, I could just tell the job was going to be bad. After my feet had been soaking, he noticed leftover polish and instead of using polish remover, he used the buffer so hard on my big toe, that it broke my skin the second toe and it bled. I literally told him to stop and he said "oh have you been bleeding?" Like hello? He goes over to the right leg was about to buffer again and I said "stop". I ask him to use something else. The paint job? Oh my. Pictures will speak for itself but gosh glad it wasn't a premium service. He didn't even put the spacers on correctly. The lady next to him had to help me get a bandaid because he didn't give me one. Just dabbed neosporin. Never in my life had I ever had a bad nail job. I did speak up but it's just not enough to come back. The tech was already ignoring proper procedures.
