My daughter and I went in before a big trip we had planned. She had a pedicure and I had a dip. Her pedicure chipped that very night so she went back the next day to have it fixed. My dip started to chip and break only two days later while we were already out of town. The entire dip crumbled off by weeks end. When I returned to the salon and showed the pictures (which were dated only two days after my dip) I was told I should have called right away to have fixed. Had my nails done today. The tech did a great job, but when I checked out I was charged a 4% surcharge for using my debit card. I had explained to her prior to handing her my card that I was using a debit card, not a credit card and was still charged the 4% which is illegal now for debit card purchases. The owner told me that he does not charge the fee as he is not the vendor. No refund of my fee was given. Filed a report with Mastercard (issuer of debit card) as well as Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the states attorney. read more

Fastest mani pedi I've ever had, and not in any positive way. I asked to have my nails buffed instead of color and my nails were barely filled and the guy doing my nails was done, literally walked away to start my pedi. I asked again for them to be buffed them to make them shiny, he couldn't find a buffer at first then when he did he did a half assed job. Same goes for the pedicure. The massage could have been better from a child rubbing my feet. I went in to get a nice massage and all I really got was a nice polish change. Careless work, they must have enough regular clients to not care how new clients are treated. Been here a few times but won't be back. I have been going here for years more than 10 on and off because we're in and out of town all the time. I always use Daniel for my gel nails. He doesn't very well and very quickly, and I am always very satisfied. Any place else I go it takes anywhere between an hour and a half and two hours and once it was three hours and I'm usually in and out of there with my gel nails and a pedicure after about an hour, I had some regular girls do my pedicures and some of them have moved on and I'm satisfied mostly all the time I don't know what these people are complaining about. I know sometimes I'm in there and people come in making really odd weird and impossible demands and they walk out very quickly so I'm giving them a five star review, the only thing I could say is that they could clean it up a little more around the stations and make it more sanitary and pristine but other than that ther work is absolutely wonderful. I've also had others do my nails and I've have two or three other people that are no longer there do them too. Went in with my daughter for a full set. They are very messy with their work. The cuticles were not cleaned up, nails have ridges from improper application of the acrylic, nails were not fully polished and the pinky fell off after 1.5 day. Went back and told the guy and he said it was not his fault, he was rude in his response and his tone. Also, why is it ok to speak in a foreign language when you are tending to your customers. I've been going here for over a year now and couldn't be happier. My manicures and pedicures have always been spot on. They have a huge selection of no chip colors including color change and metallic. It is a very clean salon and offers a number of services. Candy is my favorite. She always takes the time to make my super thin nails actually look beautiful. I have the worst cuticles and she does a great job cleaning them up. I haven't had any problems with the polish chipping or peeling off as I have had with a number of other salons. I try to call ahead and make an appointment during busy times but walk-ins are accepted and usually taken care of pretty quickly. Mondays and Tuesdays are a little slower so I usually walk in and and am taken immediately without an appointment. read more

They have a price for a basic pedicure but then they don't ask you if you want a basic pedicure or if you want to pedicure and spa which consists of two seconds of massaging your feet and legs, then they charge for the 'spa' , not worth the extra money they charge. For pink and white manicures, I LOVE this place! Loyal customer for 5 years with David (the owner). Nicely done venue. Clean. Small but cozy. Some tips: I would only recommend David to do your pink & white manicure bc it will be awesome. Very reasonably priced ($35 - $40). I dare you to compare, you won't find a better price and still have a knockout pink & white manicure that will 2 -3 weeks. Pedicures are great here too with any of the women (not David). I came here to get my acrylics removed. The "nail tech" that removed my acrylics did not know what she was doing. I don't mean to discriminate, but it didn't seem as though she understood what I was saying and didn't take the time to confirm what I said either. She first started by giving me a regular manicure, even though one acyrlic nail was already chipped and half removed... I told her, I wanted the acrylic removed, and she looked a little nervous and started picking at the acrylic with mutliple tools. I noticed she kept leaning over to the nail tech next to her and asking questions. It seemed like she had no idea how to remove the acrylic. Finally, she took the salons business card and wedged it in the gap of the acrylic and my nail, and started ripping off the acrylic, without any acetone treatment. The most painful nail salon experience ever, and I left with nubs for finger nails. I am never going back. Especially after realizing that other nail salons SOAK your acrylics off, enabling you to walk out with your long, natural nails... So aggravating. read more

This is the prettiest nail salon I have been in. It is so much more relaxing to be in a clean and attractive salon! There is even an adorable pedicure spa chair for little girls. Terrible Place! When you walk in, nobody looks up or says "Hi". You're basically ignored until you ask "Can somebody help me?". Only the owners are licensed to do acrylics. I have never seen a sterilizer. Somebody might take you and does your nails without saying an English word. But you hear plenty of Vietnamese. The interior is also cold and unappealing. Went to get a manicure and spent an extra $5.00 for the OPI extended wear / shine polish . Two days later it was almost completely chipped off . I went back first thing in the morning and nobody was as there yet and they were all sitting around and made me WAIT half an hour before the girl who had done the original manicure came in. I went in to get a full set. after feeling like my lady was going to rip off my nails with a file, and glue burning behind the tips of my nails, my nail tech told me to go sit in another seat where a man finished up my nails. they are uneven, and costumer service is awful. I got to the checkout, where they wanted 5 dollars more for getting a coffin shape instead of square, and 5 dollars more for getting 1 silver nail. They never told me what would cost more during, they hurt my nails and frankly are so messy. Argued with a man for 10 minutes that they need to inform their costumers WHY there is an upcharge. Did not enjoy. Came in to get my pedicure done and it was one of the fastest pedicures I have ever received. Not only was it fast and not enjoyable their customer service was just bad. I gave Paris 2 stars based on the short wait when I didn't have an appointment and the courteousness of the girl who did my nails. I had a no-chip French manicure. They look nice for the moment, it isn't going to be great in a few days. The top coat was not cleaned up near the cuticles; it is visible that there is shiny top coat on them and one edge has already pealed back. Because of this, as they grow out, there will be a visible raised ridge. Also, there was a heavy layer of top coat under a nail, which is making it difficult to clean underneath the nail. read more
