Evidence that the food was good is that I ate it all before I remembered to snag a picture!! Paris Grill is a large and spacious bistro with booth and table seating and a large open kitchen. They're located in Saint-Foy and there's plenty of free parking underground but you have to validate your parking ticket at the restaurant. I ordered the Cassolette Provençale with potato rösti, grilled veggies, tomato sauce, topped with broiled mozzarella and an egg on top. It was hearty, very delicious but the portion was too small. I think if they'd given 1.5 more of it, that would've been more satisfying. The cool thing about this place is that they offer a gluten-free menu so that was great for my fellow diner. You can also swap toasts for gluten-free bread. I enjoyed eating here and the staff was pleasant despite some misunderstandings as my friend returned their drink. read more

This place is a bit pricey but the food is very good. Loved their tartare and cream of mushroom soup. The specials of the day were all in french but the waitress was helpful with translating the one's we struggled with. The individual baguettes were adorable. read more

We went there for lunch today. The restaurant is modern and well decorated with French art and objects. They have a nice walk-in cloakroom for all your winter gear! It was still "brunch" time, so most of the menu was breakfast-ish. Since we were looking for heavier food, we ordered the only steak (6 oz) on the menu and a burger. My brother picked a "fondue" with fried pancetta as appetizer, thinking it was some kind of cheese in which you could dip things. First came a cute pickle jar, which my brother liked a lot (he seriously ate so many I was worried he'd get a tummy ache). Then came the "fondue", which was actually three cubes of fried cheese with pancetta inside. The food was very nicely presented, and the fried cheese was hot and melted. It tasted very similar to mac'n'cheese, actually... A little overpriced, but that's how appetizers often are! The main courses came a bit later. I asked mine rare, and my dad medium rare - and we noticed how a cute plastic cow on top of the steak indicated doneness based on color. Mine was red, and my dad's pink. Nevertheless, we both got medium rare, which is fine. The meat was served with matchstick fries, a bit of salad, and a creamy, curried hollandaise-type of sauce. The sauce was actually delicious, but I tend to eat my steak with pepper and Dijon mustard only. The fries were too thin, which made them difficult to fry without drying them out - they were all crunchy like gingersnaps. The burger's patty was very thick, and also dry in the middle. Overall a good meal, although a bit expensive and imperfect. Would go back to try the evening menu! read more

I visited the Paris Grill in Quebec City in June 2022, for breakfast. Everything was perfect, the atmosphere, the service and the food. I had a wonderful eggs Benedict. The eggs where perfectly poached, they serviced them on a hash browns. Coffee was good and the staff spoke English as I struggled with my really bad French. I will go back when I'm town. read more

Went here with the family after a long day of being tourists, we applaud their efforts in social distancing and making sure it's guests felt safe. The menu isn't very big so if you have any picky friends let them review the menu before booking. The food was very good, service took a little long and one item was forgotten but luckily didn't make it to the bill. My kids (12,15) loved the veal burgers and overall it was pleasant. read more

Food here is really really good! I was in town for 3 days with family and it was so good, that we actually came back again for second time. The ambiance is amazing and very nice. The service is very good, and the food is definitely delicous. We don't speak French but the waiters are able to translate the menu to us. Wifey order a liver dish and it was the best food she had during the whole trip - she still talks about how good that dish was. I had their salmon dish and it was so good. Both my kids love the kids menu that comes with appretizer, drink, entreee and dessert. We also tried their desserts that come in shot glasses - you get to pick and choose what you want to try. They are super yummy too! The price is very reasonable for good French/Amercian fusion food. I will definitely eat here again when I travel to Quebec in the future read more

You can never be disappointed when you go there. There's a wide price range and nice variety of French cuisine plates. The desserts are DELICIOUS. You absolutely need to take at least one 'verrine' after your meal. French fries as we like it, good service, nice ambiance.. You have no reason to not try it! read more

Very disappointing service. First of all, I called to ask the restaurant if they were opened for lunch, and I was very rudely answered with a condescending tone. ( several restaurants in the area are affiliated with hotels, and are closed at lunch time, which is why I called to ask this) None the less, we went anyways because it was my mom's choice for our mother's day luncheon. When we showed up, we were seated, and NO ONE came to see us for 20 minutes, not even for a glass of water! Not because the staff was busy, as we saw several staff idly chatting with eachother. Once we saw a couple who just arrived be served immediately, we stood up and left, with no notice from the staff. Very limited lunch options, snd seemed expensive for what it was. Will NEVER go back! Went here for dinner on our first night in Quebec and was impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. While in Quebec, you have to order poutine at least once during your stay, so we did as we ordered a poutine with smoked duck meat. The poutine was done perfectly as it didn't last long on the table (my kids devoured it). We had the rib eye steak, duck tartar (all duck apparently with no fillers of beef), and the aged steak and fries set meal while my kids both had the Spaghetti Bolognese. Overall, the food was great, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The food was pricey but well worth the money. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area and want a decent meal at a restaurant that has an extensive menu, great service and is very kid-friendly. read more

Came here for a quick lunch. The staff were very accommodating as we told them that we only had 45 minutes for lunch. We ordered and the food came pretty quickly. I ordered the croque monsieour with fries. It was delicious. I highly recommend it. My fiancee got the salmon tartar which was also very tasty. We sat on the patio, but there is a breeze so it can get quite chilly. Either sit inside or bring a sweater. Great place for a lunch to close a business deal. read more
