We went to Paris Baguette to work on a couple things and to get some pastries and drinks. When we walked in, all of the tables with the booth were taken. It seems like this is a popular place to work remote. I got a hot Matcha latte with oat milk and my boyfriend got an Iced Matcha Latte with almond milk. Our drinks were pretty good, they were sweet, earthy, and creamy. For pastries, we got a croissant and coffee bun. I really liked my coffee bun, it was pretty large for a pastry. And the coffee flavor was really nice, it was sweet but nailed the "not too sweet" sweetness level as well. I absolutely loved my coffee bun. They have a huge selection of pastries to choose from, from sweet to savory. Everything looked good. For me and it seems like I'm not the only one, pricing was a little bit more expensive than I anticipated compared to other cafes in the area. Despite this, I would come back again. I don't think I'd be a regular here because it can get pricey. But I'd definitely come back to try their different pastries and cakes. read more

Service was excellent. I ordered 2 slices of cake for someone's birthday at the hospital and the staff was so nice to include some complimentary birthday candles. I also ordered a peach ice tea and wow that drink was really good. I've had many peach teas in my life but this one is different in a very good way. Parking is a bit difficult though. read more

Here's the list of pastries I got (a mix of sweet and savour) Almond croissant - so delicious, had a delicious almond spread inside and was not too sweet! (9/10) Pain au chocolate - this was was tasty but nothing too special (7/10) Almond/Pistachio Pastry - also another favourite, this one was a little more sweet than the almond croissant but the almond and pistachio mix was so good! (9/10) Pepperoni Pizzetta - tasty and simple (7.5/10) All the pastries were delicious to have with coffee, I just found that the pricing was a little more expensive, about $6-$7 per item. I visited Paris Baguette Eglinton on an invited tasting and was hooked the moment warm-bread aromas hit me. It was spacious and sunny inside, perfect for relaxing or focusing on work. First up was the Strawberry Pistachio Bombolone--a cloud-soft bun hiding pistachio mascarpone and fresh berries. The Blueberry Yogurt Cake Slice kept things light with moist sponge and tangy yogurt cream. For something heartier, the Whole-Wheat BBQ Chicken Wrap packed lean chicken and crisp veggies. Then came their new sip: the Dubai Chocolate Matcha Latte, its thick chocolate-kunafa foam floating over creamy, nutty matcha. The BBQ Chicken Pizzetta followed, a croissant-flaky base topped with smoky sauce, tender chicken, and gooey mozzarella. I'm writing to express my deep disappointment with the customer service I experienced at your cafe on Thursday between 10:00 and 11:00 AM. When I walked into the cafe, I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful the staff were. There was an Asian girl working at the counter, and from the moment I saw her, her face was filled with frustration and anger. Her attitude was cold and dismissive, not only toward me but especially toward a delivery guy who came in to pick up an order. This delivery person politely asked if a customer's order was ready. She didn't even try to check, instead rudely told him it wasn't ready and to stand aside, wrinkling her face in a very disrespectful way. I was observing all of this. After waiting for 10 minutes, the delivery guy kindly asked again if the order was ready. The staff member was busy chatting with another customer, seemingly a friend of hers, speaking in Korean. She briefly responded to the delivery guy with "not yet," and then after several more minutes told him the order would be ready in one hour. Are you serious? That's not just slow service--it's pure disrespect. She completely ignored his time and treated him like he wasn't even a human being. What's worse, customers who came in after the delivery guy were attended to before him, like he didn't even matter. Only after everyone else had been served, she turned to him with a careless "yes, what?" This behavior is unacceptable. I noticed multiple delivery drivers were treated in the same way. Is this how your staff treats people who work hard delivering your food? Do they only show respect based on money or status? I felt angry witnessing this. Should I have treated that staff member the same way she treated us--like we're "just workers"? Paris Baguette may be a good cafe, but your Thursday morning staff (especially the cashier/front staff) are ruining the experience for everyone. Please train your team to treat all people--delivery workers and customers--with equal respect and dignity. We are human beings, not objects to be looked down upon. The clerks at register are so oblivious, have no personality , can't speak very good English . They don't know how to handle high volume of people and tell you to buy 6 pastries with no tax so you step out of line to add to your order and then they let someone else in and leave you waiting in line again. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE . HORRIBLE service and lacks kindness towards their customers who patiently wait in line just be kicked out and have to wait again. low standard vibrations for Canada. I had hoped the chicken sandwich I purchased would be as good as the one I enjoyed at Paris Baguette on Bloor Street. Sadly, I was very disappointed. The sandwich was riddled with chewy cartilage and skin. To make matters worse, the walnuts were whole, not chopped into smaller, more palatable pieces. read more
