Hidden gem in North Georgia. French Onion Soup was amazing. Sandwich was straight out of Paris! Can't wait to go back.

My fiancé ate here for the first time on Easter for brunch and it was fantastic! I started off with the crab bisque soup and he got the French onion soup. Needless to say, he ended up having several spoonfuls of my soup! It was soo good. I had the egg bowl - which again was devine, they put cream cheese and chives in their scrambled eggs which is soo delish! Our service was great and the inside and outdoor seating were very charming looking out over the winery. Will definitely be back! read more

Used to come here a lot in past years. The star rating for them has consistently gone down. Can't believe they have almost doubled prices on everything. Same food, more $$$. Had friends complain about the tapas night as well. I'm not opposed to spending money on food if it's worth it. Not charging almost $25 for a piece of quiche! And not a great one here either. We aren't in Atlanta. Come on. Ridiculous. Don't know why they think their wines are so good to charge $65 a bottle for red! No way. I can buy a great California wine, or an awesome Italian or French wine for less than that. Or a good wine at another winery... Mediocre service. No kids menu. And why are they serving pale steak cut fries instead of the good ones they used to have. Must be cheaper. Lost my business. read more

I am hesitant to right this review because I have had so many great meals there and have met the owners / chefs and they are wonderful people. I write this review only to serve as constructive criticism. The restaurant was very busy and I can understand how difficult it is to server so many people. So the meal: it was brunch, and the offerings were diverse and varied; I had an omelette. The ingredients were fine, but it lacked flavor. The accompaniments were potatoes and bacon. I frankly don't remember if there was toast. The bacon was overdone and the potatoes were cold and soggy. I mentioned that to the waitress and she brought some warm and soggy potatoes. 3 out of 4 people at our table barely ate their meals. The appetizers were quite good, bluberry brie and olives and feta. We will certainly not let one bad meal change our opinion, but I do hope that they sort things out in the kitchen. read more

My mom recommended this place when we were staying at her house in Murphy. It was a pretty short drive so we decided to check it out. We arrived too early for tastings at the vineyard and ended up absolutely loving this spot. Picturesque and inviting in every way. There were a few pop-up shops set up on this particular Saturday. There was a make-your-own bouquet area and a table with beautiful premade arrangements. I ended up buying a pair of handmade earrings. Then we headed over to the patio for a flight of four Cane Creek wines. I grabbed a bag of locally roasted coffee and a bottle of bubbly to take home. The staff was friendly and the other patrons (all ages, families, girls groups, couples...) seemed to be having an equally great time soaking up the sun with a spectacular view of the vineyard. Ambiance: Beautiful restaurant on the Crane Creek Vineyard Property with quaint & bistro-esque dining tables inside and on a patio. Perfect for a lunch, brunch, midday celebration, vineyard date, or family meal. The food was amazing! I loved the chicken salad croissant sandwich. Everyone at my table enjoyed their entrees. Highly recommend the French Onion Soup. It is a bit buggy on the patio so I would recommend bringing bug spray or dressing with that in mind. Do note that I believe they close early. Very beautiful place located in the middle of a wine vineyard. I have had the breakfast last time which was wonderful and decided to try the Pot Roast this most recent trip. Lovely bistro style restaurant at Crane Creek Winery. My husband and I had dinner here recently and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The blue cheese spread and warm pita was absolutely phenomenal. Slightly bitter, slightly sweet and just unique in the best possible way. My chicken dish on the nightly specials was also excellent and my husband said the beef Wellington was one of the best he's ever had. Service was friendly and perfectly paced. My wife have been here several times: for breakfast, for lunch, and a few times for dinner. The most recent visit was wonderful. We had the shrimp and grits fritters appetizer, I had the chicken pappardelle with Tasso sauce, my wife had the Duck a L'Orange. We made a reservation at Paris & Company October 14th, for our anniversary of October 31st at 1:00 PM. We arrived on time and got a table. We were able to order wine, appetizer, and entrees right away, but after that things went badly. As time went on people finished and left, and new people arrived, including a couple in my line-of-sight a few tables away. They arrived perhaps 30 minutes after we got there but at that point I had no reason to make note of the exact time they arrived. We waited and waited as customers came, ate, and left, and also as that other table in my view who got two pieces of quiche. Finally at 2:04 PM we asked if we could just pay for our drinks and and leave. Surprise! The waitress finally showed up and told us she was so sorry, they ran our of quiche. I pointed out that the other table got two pieces long after we'd ordered the same. Then she said lame things about it was all her fault. Yep, true. None of the other restaurant staff stopped by during all this even though it was obvious we were waiting, waiting... it seemed the woman behind the bar was practicing her best eye-contact-avoidance, which was funny. we were there so long and she had to keep it up the entire time. I would never ever go there again, ESPECIALLY if it is a special occasion. read more

I dined for lunch on May 30th and had a wonderful time. This was my first time dining with them. The service was wonderful. From the host to the wait staff. I was with three friends. I split the turkey and brie sandwich and the lobster and crab salad sandwich with a friend. We loved both but the lobster and crab salad was AMAZING. I would drive 2 hrs from metro-Atlanta just for the lobster and crab salad. Another friend had the chicken salad sandwich and she loved it. We all shared the parmesan/truffled fries - very good. We also had the lobster bisque which was flavorful and full of lobster meat. I will definitely dine here again when I make another trip to the area. I want to try the shrimp and grits. read more

It's hard to find brunch places open on Sunday's, so this gem was a nice surprise. Beautiful place! We were seated in the shade of a tree on their back porch. It was nice and had a lovely breeze. Ordered their app special, which was whipped feta with olives and cherry tomatoes with pita bread. Delicious!! For our entrees my husband had their salad with salmon cakes and I had their lobster and crab salad on croissant. We split a bottle of their Old Man rose. It was crisp and refreshing. If you like dry rose, highly recommend. Wine bottle prices were also more than reasonable and lower than at some other wineries around. Wonderful lunch on a pretty patio overlooking Crane Creek's vineyards. This is the cutest spot. We had a hard time choosing what to have for lunch because so many thinks looked delicious. The blackened chicken wrap with blue cheese, apricots & bacon was delicious. Warmed through so the cheese was a little melty with the warm blackened chicken. The french onion soup & rosemary frites were delicious. I'd skip the wine next time - it's not really to my liking, but that's just personal choice. A perfect way to spend a pretty Saturday. What a beautiful and delicious venue this is! Located at the Crane Creek Vineyard, which affords such amazing views. The service was spot on, and I was in heaven seated on the porch overlooking the beautiful vineyards. Oh my goodness what an amazing restaurant! It was slim pickings in the area but we were so thankful we found this spot for brunch! Once I heard the chef/owner was trained from the Le Cordon Bleu in France I knew it was gonna be excellent! Both him and his wife came out to greet our table and had a very intellectual conversation regarding Colaneri arts and where they were from. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu and we pretty much had all of it. I highly recommend sitting on the porch to overlook the vineyards and be amazed as the great food hits your soul! I would give this place more than five stars! I dined here with my Mom and boyfriend on September 24th and we had a wonderful experience here starting with before we arrived. My boyfriend has a dairy allergy and phoned ahead to make sure they could work with that. He spoke with Montana, the hostess and she spoke with the chef and said she would mention this news to our server. Ok this all sounds great but let's see if this actually happens. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were promptly seated at a table outside (per our request) and let me tell you they have fantastic outdoor seating on a large deck with a wonderful view of the vineyard. The restaurant is in a house so you feel like you are coming over to someone's house for dinner. They have plenty of heat lamps ready for when it gets chilly and if dining outside isn't your thing, there is plenty of indoor seating. Our server, Dana, arrived to our table with waters (we had wine from the vineyard) and immediately mentioned the dairy allergy. Ok we were impressed, the message was passed on!! She went over a few options for boyfriend (there were more than we expected) and left us to make some decisions. Chef/owner Nina comes to our table (please note it's about 630p on a Friday night and the restaurant is filling up with dining patrons) but she takes the time to walk us through the entire menu, noting what she can modify and what is already safe. WOW!! The menu is a prix fixe menu, which includes appetizer, entree and dessert. Typically there are no dairy free dessert options when we dine out and this was the case at Paris and Company. But wait! Nina thought about what else she had available in the kitchen to create a custom dessert for boyfriend! She gave him two options and they created the dessert so he could have dessert as well. We are again impressed! All of our food was amazing. I will share what we ate but honestly I believe anything from this restaurant would be delicious. I had the burrata with peach and tomato, the beef bourguignon, and the creme brulee. Mom had the lobster bisque, prime rib, and cheesecake. Boyfriend had the shrimp cocktail, duck, and his custom dessert of macaroons with fruit. During our meal, chef Nina came over to check on us (as did our server, Dana) and chatted with us about food, menus, and restaurant business. We also discussed dairy free dessert options (I make dairy free desserts including tres leches) and how much we appreciated Paris and Company's attention to detail on every level ...the staff, the dining spaces, and of course, working with allergies, etc. Definitely phone ahead and make a booking. You can bring wine from next door at Crane Creek OR buy it at the restaurant (they have a partnership since they are on the same property). There is plenty of parking near the restaurant, the pavilion, the marketplace (the old tasting room), or across the street. The restaurant is family owned and operated and the Chef has worked in some large venues/restaurants, as well as trained in France. The husband/wife Chef and owner duo keep it authentic and joyful with this newest venture. We will definitely return. This was one of our top dining experiences in the states. I'm in the region from Raleigh. After hearing so many good things about the food I had to come out! The special of the day Salmon Cake on Croissant and the Turkey & ghost pepper club both sounded amazing so I had BOTH! The only things I'm sad about is I won't be in town for their dinner and I didn't have more room in my tummy! Oh, and the macaroni salad was hands down the best I've ever had. Excellent service, good food. Very accommodating. Lovely choice of wines. The only turn off was the exterior of the restaurant. While waiting for a seat, or party hung out on the front porch. As I walked over to the deck railing to lean on it and rest my glass of wine on the deck rail, it was covered in bird poop from end to end. Gross.
