The therapists, teachers, and instructional assistants are deeply committed to supporting children with disabilities, and it is clear that my boys are genuinely cared for and valued each day they are at LIFE. The ABA program is exceptional and has far exceeded our experiences with previous programs. Many of LIFE's leaders are Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and a significant number of staff members are Registered Behavior Technicians, which speaks to the quality, expertise, and integrity of the program. I wholeheartedly recommend LIFE to any family seeking a supportive, professional, and compassionate environment for children with intellectual disabilities.

He smiles every day while walking to class, and tells me "go play" on his aac device, which he refused to use for me, until he started going here. I have yet to get a call saying I need to come get him because he wet through his clothes, I get to see pictures of all the fun activities they do, and his teacher let's me know if she finds new things he likes so I can get them for home. I have heard so many people say they have been on the waiting list for years, and I am just so happy that he got in within 9 months. It was definitely worth the wait, and also very worth the drive, we come from Florence.

There was no sense of responsibility and I could not handle it (it wasn't the first time)and just pulled her out of the school as I figured management would do nothing. Some teachers are extremely good and really cares and unfortunately we were not blessed with one. Kids in other classes gets lots of picture updates but I did. We did not love our teacher. They won't share a curriculum. You just pay the fees and assume your kid is learning a ton. They would simply tell we have 13 kids to care and they were busy. My kid hardly got 2 photos a month and the other teacher sends 25 photos a week for a child who comes half a day. So it is really the teacher! BIG NO

I'd give it 5 stars if we were talking last school year or better yet the year before that. 2025…read moreschool year has started out proving that employees come first. Everything is very political now. Parents aren't allowed on campus unless they are part of the P3 club. But a lot of parents work and don't have time to dedicate to the club. Also, a lot of parents would take off work to be there to volunteer and hang out with their kids. But instead, it's a mean girls club running the whole school now. Someone who is barely started the school this school year is the president of the club. She has no idea what she is doing, she is badmouthing a lot of the other parents, doesn't know most of the students. I don't think Yvonne understands that so many parents are not being a part of the club because of this single woman. Yvonne is also one of the rudest women I've ever come across. Someone who should not be working with special needs children. And has a consistent bad attitude with parents. Or any child. A lot of the parents are in the works of speaking to other campuses about transferring. And we are all giving notes about other appropriate schools where the children and all their parents come first. The three stars that I left, not for the higher-ups not for the P3 club, it's for the teachers! The teaching staff is amazing and kind and caring and goes above and beyond. And for Mr Dilly! he always treats Parents with respect he is kind and caring, always roaming the school, checking on the kids and the staff. In my opinion and an opinion that a lot of others have is he should be the main one running things. So thank you Mr Dilly and the entire teaching staff! If it wasn't for you guys, a lot of us would have left a while ago. It's you guys that keep our kids happy at school, and keep them wanting to come back! They are having so much fun, also while improving educationally every day! THANK YOU!

Each and every teacher who has been with our daughter has been fantastic. Each has enriched the lives of our kids and made an impact. All positive. All impressive. All heart, all the time. The place you have created is far more than a preschool. It is an epicenter of genuine joy, of important life lesson, and love. To try to describe the level of devotion your staff shows would be an understatement, and to attempt to say thank you would be the same. Now my daughter graduated PLA and start kindergarten.Based on what she learned at PLA, She is doing very well at kindergarten classes. If I could give minus 10 stars, I would gladly do it!…read more We enrolled our son at Premier Learning Academy in May, after carefully researching various kindergartens. We chose this one because we believed it would help our son, an only child, develop social skills and build relationships with other children. The advertised advanced curriculum also appealed to us, and we trusted the institution to deliver on its promises. Initially, everything seemed great. We loved his teacher, Ms. Jules, who was exceptional. She helped our child stay focused and engaged. Unfortunately, she eventually left due to issues with the administration, which was deeply disappointing. She was replaced by another teacher, who, in my opinion, is unqualified and lacks the necessary pedagogical training. This teacher had no authority over the children and failed to manage them effectively. Soon after, my child's behavior changed drastically. He began mimicking negative behaviors like spitting, kicking, and scratching--things he clearly learned from the environment at the kindergarten. It was shocking because these behaviors were entirely new and inconsistent with how he was raised at home. Instead of addressing these issues constructively, the teacher and the deputy director resorted to blaming my child for his "terrible behavior." Their approach was appalling. They subjected my son to what I can only describe as moral harassment. When I addressed these issues in writing, they ignored my concerns and continued to single out my child. He became withdrawn and tearful, refusing to talk about what was happening at school. Daily messages from the teacher accused my son of hitting, kicking, or spitting, even though he denied these incidents at home--and at 3.5 years old, it's hard for him to lie convincingly. Adding to the frustration, whenever I asked about injuries on my son's face, the staff's response was always, "No one saw anything." It seemed that they only noticed my son's actions when he tried to defend himself. The situation escalated further when the teacher and director resorted to punitive measures, such as taking my son to the office for "explanatory conversations." It's unacceptable for adults to try to reason with a 3.5-year-old in this way, especially when it's clear he was already under immense stress. Instead of helping, they made matters worse. One Friday, after enduring another day of this mistreatment, my son was so emotionally drained that he fell asleep on my lap and slept for 13 hours straight. This level of exhaustion and stress is heartbreaking and entirely unacceptable for a child. Things continued to deteriorate over the next few weeks. Every day brought new accusations about my son's behavior, which only made it clearer that this environment was toxic for him. We finally decided to withdraw him from the kindergarten. Although their policy required a two-week notice, the administration insisted we remove him immediately, further demonstrating their unwillingness to work with parents or prioritize the well-being of the child. We enrolled our son as a happy, well-mannered child, and we left with a child who was distressed, misbehaving, and mimicking the inappropriate actions he learned at Premier Learning Academy. Another shocking observation was how poorly the children were cared for during nap time. The kids were made to sleep in their shoes, which is both unhygienic and uncomfortable. If a child didn't want to sleep, they were forced to lie down and wait. Unlike Ms. Jules, who used to engage with non-sleeping children through activities like drawing or reading, this teacher simply ignored them, often spending time on her phone instead of providing care. This review is long because the level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and bullying--towards both my child and myself as a parent--was staggering. Advice: Stay far away from this kindergarten. While the decision is yours, I wouldn't wish our experience on anyone.

We've always appreciated the care and the relationships built over the years. However, our most recent experience left me deeply disappointed and hurt. My youngest son has special needs and, because of that, he occasionally misses days. Every time we return, we're typically greeted warmly with a "Hi! How are you?" -- but yesterday, that wasn't the case at all. When we walked into his classroom, both teachers looked visibly annoyed. They made eye contact but didn't say a single word. One teacher was sitting at a table (with no children) and the other was by the cubbies, so they weren't preoccupied. I let them know my son was ready for his bottle and mentioned the time of his last diaper change -- no acknowledgment. I repeated myself, and the only response I got was a flat "okay." I also tried to explain the situation with his hand, but again, not a single word or even a nod in response. Feeling completely dismissed, I walked out and went straight to the front desk to express my concerns. I told them that if my son wasn't wanted there, I would gladly take him somewhere he is. The staff member apologized and said she would speak to the teachers, but that doesn't undo how uncomfortable and unwanted we were made to feel. I ultimately decided to remove my son that day and take him to a sitter -- I couldn't leave him in a place where he was clearly not welcomed. What's even more disappointing is that since this happened, I haven't received a single call, text, or apology from anyone at the daycare. After years of trusting them with all three of my boys, this silence speaks volumes. It's truly heartbreaking

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of support and understanding at Kids Incorporated Chandler…read more Our son started there as a 1 year old and as he started to develop we got him tested for Autism. As a parent of a child with special needs, I expected a facility that would adapt and provide the necessary care and attention. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite informing the staff about my child's needs, there was little to no effort made to accommodate him. The caregivers seem untrained and unprepared to handle children with special needs, leading to numerous issues that could have been avoided with proper support and understanding. He did not act out but did not advance at the same rate as the other kids and they preferred to hold him back then work with us as a family to do what was best for our son. My child deserved an inclusive and supportive environment, but Kids Incorporated Chandler failed to provide that environment. I hope take this review seriously, for the sake of other special needs children, and take immediate steps to improve their services and provide proper training to their staff to ensure that all children, regardless of their needs, receive the care and attention they deserve.
