I will never recommend VAA to anyone!…read more From the employer side, they on many occasions paid my fiancé late. They provide excuses and no real explanation or even apology for their mistakes. The HR department only has a email address and no phone number to talk to anyone. They do not follow employment laws and I had to ask for fully completed FMLA forms as Ashley, their HR Specialist, did not fill everything out on the rights and responsibilities form multiple times. It takes multiple days and follow-up emails since VAA doesn't even acknowledge emails to the only way to reach out to them. They now refused to talk to me as I bring up issues and concerns with my fiancé's employment and call me demanding. If they actually responded back in a reasonable time, I wouldn't have to send multiple follow emails requesting updates from them. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!

They claimed they held him down in a 40 minute hold!! before they called me!! These people are not trained in how to handle behaviors or how to keep these kids safe. My child has been traumatized by this and its very sad to see. Do not take your kids here! My child has had hard moments in his school life all these years but this is the first time anyone has left a mark on him, let alone over 10 marks. No one followed up, no one took pictures or checked to see if he was okay afterwards. The incident report was not given until 5 days later and it was terribly written. Sad part is, I will never know what actually happened and have no idea.

The therapists, teachers, and instructional assistants are deeply committed to supporting children with disabilities, and it is clear that my boys are genuinely cared for and valued each day they are at LIFE. The ABA program is exceptional and has far exceeded our experiences with previous programs. I wholeheartedly recommend LIFE to any family seeking a supportive, professional, and compassionate environment for children with intellectual disabilities.

I have yet to get a call saying I need to come get him because he wet through his clothes, I get to see pictures of all the fun activities they do, and his teacher let's me know if she finds new things he likes so I can get them for home. I have heard so many people say they have been on the waiting list for years, and I am just so happy that he got in within 9 months. It was definitely worth the wait, and also very worth the drive, we come from Florence.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. My daughter's teacher, Ms. Bradley, was consistently unkind and lacked compassion--not just toward my child, but toward the entire class. She does not have the patience or heart needed to teach young children. Attempting to address concerns was frustrating from the start. The assistants to the vice principal and even the principal themselves refused to speak with me by phone and would only communicate through email. I ultimately had to escalate two separate issues to the superintendent. One major issue involved a classmate who caused physical harm to three students. Parents were not informed about the situation at all. When I raised my concerns, the school cited "student privacy." I made it clear I was not asking for the student's name or personal information--I simply wanted to be informed and reassured that my child was safe. When chairs are being thrown during an episode, parents deserve to know what precautions are being taken to ensure student safety, both in the classroom and throughout the school. Other parents posted how their kids legs were being clawed at when the kid was hiding under the table during his episode. And not one email went out from the teacher nor the principal. The second issue involved the school's use of i-Ready testing as the sole basis for rewards. Regardless of a child maintaining good grades all year, if they do not show improvement on i-Ready testing, they are excluded from rewards. Ms. Bradley held an ice cream party for students who showed improvement from the beginning of the year. My daughter's math i-Ready score stayed the same, so she was excluded--despite earning strong grades all year. She came home crying, saying, "I'm so dumb" and "I'm not worthy" because she didn't get to participate. Only four students were excluded, including my daughter. I showed her her report card with A's and B's and reassured her that she worked incredibly hard and is absolutely not dumb. When I followed up about the i-Ready scores not being posted, I emailed the teacher after waiting a week. I was told the school does not go by grades because i-Ready scores help maintain the school's A rating and evaluate teacher performance. I took this to mean that because my daughter did not show improvement in every subject on i-Ready, she was denied a reward because she did not make the school look better nor the teacher look better. I want to be clear that this is not a reflection of all teachers at Eduprize. Unfortunately, we ended up with a 2nd grade teacher who showed no empathy toward her students. There is a parent group monitored by school administration where parents are not allowed to freely share concerns or experiences. Because of this, another parent created a separate group. In that group, several parents have shared similar experiences regarding Ms. Bradley. One parent posted how she denied the bathroom to her son and he asked 3 separate times, he then peed himself in front of the entire class and she decided to blame him "you didn't tell me it was an emergency". It is heartbreaking to read what these 8-year-old children went through. Many kids began to hate going to school, which shows the profound impact a teacher can have on young students. No child should feel unworthy or unsafe at school.

My daughter is a good student and has struggled from time to time in her math class. Her teacher,…read moreMrs. Kelly has been passive aggressive with her around her request for assistance to complete and learn basic assignments and when assignments or papers have been lost in the past )2 occasions), she has literally refused to provide her a new sheet of paper to complete the assignment.. On both occasions, I have reached out to this teacher and the principal Bryce Solberg. Both times I was met by indifference and excuses. Initially, the principal Bryce refused to even respond to my question and directed me to the teacher. Finally, I complained and said I would make a complaint to the administration and even unenroll my daughter from the school if they didn't provide her an opportunity to complete the assignment... that she asked for prior to its deadline. Bryce finally intervened saying I was threatening them and he discontinued the discussion I explained my only threat was to complain about him and his administration and their refusal to provide my daughter with necessary paperwork to complete her work Math class. I will unenroll my daughter from the school, and I have honestly never experienced this kind of hostility and immature, passive aggressive behavior from a teacher. If my daughter had done something wrong or had some sort of behavioral problem in the class, that would be one thing. But putting her off and refusing to provide an additional quiz or homework sheet because the teacher was indignant is not a reason to deprive my daughter of an education or to ruin her grades. All of this does not even address the fact that there is a hostile environment for my daughter...not from other children, but the staff themselves. Unfortunately, I could not recommend the school to anybody who was depending on a positive relationship with the administration or the teaching staff working with hand-in-hand with parents/students.

I'd give it 5 stars if we were talking last school year or better yet the year before that. 2025…read moreschool year has started out proving that employees come first. Everything is very political now. Parents aren't allowed on campus unless they are part of the P3 club. But a lot of parents work and don't have time to dedicate to the club. Also, a lot of parents would take off work to be there to volunteer and hang out with their kids. But instead, it's a mean girls club running the whole school now. Someone who is barely started the school this school year is the president of the club. She has no idea what she is doing, she is badmouthing a lot of the other parents, doesn't know most of the students. I don't think Yvonne understands that so many parents are not being a part of the club because of this single woman. Yvonne is also one of the rudest women I've ever come across. Someone who should not be working with special needs children. And has a consistent bad attitude with parents. Or any child. A lot of the parents are in the works of speaking to other campuses about transferring. And we are all giving notes about other appropriate schools where the children and all their parents come first. The three stars that I left, not for the higher-ups not for the P3 club, it's for the teachers! The teaching staff is amazing and kind and caring and goes above and beyond. And for Mr Dilly! he always treats Parents with respect he is kind and caring, always roaming the school, checking on the kids and the staff. In my opinion and an opinion that a lot of others have is he should be the main one running things. So thank you Mr Dilly and the entire teaching staff! If it wasn't for you guys, a lot of us would have left a while ago. It's you guys that keep our kids happy at school, and keep them wanting to come back! They are having so much fun, also while improving educationally every day! THANK YOU!

It often seems like we are struggling against the system to get the basic rights our children deserve, and provide them the support they need to thrive and reach their potential. When my husband and I were hitting a brick wall with our son's school in an effort to garner the support he needed, we reached out to Parent Support Arizona and were immediately contacted by David (the founder of the company!), and are so grateful for all the work he put into assisting us. He not only returned our call personally and listened to our situation with the school, but he scrambled to adjust his advocates' schedules to ensure we would have support during a quickly approaching meeting on short notice. He offered solid advice, based on a wealth of knowledge in special education services and regulations, and had a network of professionals who provided continued legal support when it came to filing due process. David even contacted us while he was out of the office for vacation to ensure we had the supports we needed. Parent Support Arizona is a strong ally in the fight for children's rights within the schools, and we are beyond appreciative for the effort they put into helping us. We would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone else trying to fight for their child's education, and appreciate all of the assistance they were able to provide. Their compassion, character and ethical judgement are a breath of fresh air in a society bent on self-promotion for profitable gain. I am wholly impressed with their breadth of knowledge and wonderful advice, as well as the network of professionals they've created. They approached our case with humanity and exceptional service in the face of our struggles against the school. It is people like them who give me hope for the future, we just need more of them!
