I remember just stopping in unexpectedly and the director (Pat- lovely lady) opened the door and was happy to show me around. I remember walking in and saw all these children in their little chairs, washing windows, doing their continent puzzles, and just looked happy. I went to their infant room and saw one of the teachers holding a little boy in her arms on the floor singing to him. He was upset, and she was right there on the floor comforting him. I could tell how much they really cared for all their kids. I started my oldest the next week and he stayed until he graduated kindergarten. My other son was there almost 4 years as well. I could not imagine a better place for them. They felt more like family to me then a daycare or school. I recommend this place to everyone. They have a fun outdoor area for the toddlers, garden, a big play area for the older children, feed them good healthy food, and even make sure to have food for the gluten free kiddos. The classroom is prepared by the teacher to encourage independence, freedom within limits, and a sense of order. My kids loved it here, and my youngest is still struggling since we left a few months ago to start at kindergarten. He misses the wonderful teachers here and so do I! There is one baby gate as security for this building and when we dropped him off on his first day they did not have his sign in page ready. So no written evidence of him being there. I informed them he would not be returning. We were informed that we "might" have to pay for the two weeks cancelling notice. No big deal it's in the contract. But I was surprised to be charged an additional $368 in the beginning of March. I have called the supervisor 3 times, I have called corporate twice now. Everyone keeps saying it's someone else's responsibility and that they will call me back but I have received zero assistance or follow ups. I am still waiting for answers and I am very unhappy with my service to date.

His confidence and self esteem have improved over the last few months and he has already built strong connections among his peers. My children feel at home here and I have created great relationships with the ladies who work here. We left Valley Child Care for a brief period of time because we moved to the Gilbert area. I was not able to find any daycare that equaled the quality and service. I decided to bring my kids back to this daycare even though it was out of my way! One of the amazing things about Valley Child Care is that the people who work there truly care about the kids. Some of the teachers that work there have been at Valley for over 20 years! This is not something you encounter often in childcare settings. Other things that I really love about this daycare are that you only pay for the days you actually attend! So if you only attend for 1 day a week then you just pay the daily rate. This is SO rare! Also, all diapers and food are included in the daily rate! You cannot beat that! The kids are provided with nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks. My kids honestly eat better than I do during the day! I am also very pleased with the education my kids are getting. My pre-school son is doing great job with learning his letters and numbers. He also participates in extra-curricular activities such as jiu-jitsu and Snack Attack. My 1 year old daughter has also developed so much since she started attending. She has learned social skills and has even learned to say please and thank you! Both my children also bring home daily artwork. I am very confident in my decision to send both my children to Valley and I know they will be thoroughly prepared for Kindergarten once the time comes!

My boy was confused that he wasn't coming back to his school. My grandson had been attending Busy Bees since he was 16 months old, now he is 4 years old. He learned so much during his time with you and made so many friends. To this day he ask for his best friend. He and his BF were in separable. I know he misses Busy Bees and so do I! Sadly, once we adopted my grandson DES terminated our daycare discount program, which helped me tremendously. I was left on my own to pay daycare expenses at 100%. unfortunately I just could not afford Busy Bee fees. I found a preschool who offered me a scholarship that did help with lower fees. The unfortunate thing is I do not think he is learning nearly as much as he did at Busy Bees. If Busy Bees had a scholarship program that could help low income grandparents like me, who make little money, I would bring him back in a heart beat. Creme is the best decision we've made for our family and I can't recommend them enough.
