My choices were a chicago halal mediterranean themed thingy, a bar b cue truck, and a fusion hot dog/hamburger/philly/fried stuff truck, all of which have their strengths and weaknesses. The bar b cue truck is the gold standard, the mederterrean/chicago spot had by far the best veg menu, and the philly was total meh. If you are thinking "hey cheesesteak, I haven't had that for a while...." just get the burger instead. The burger/fries combos are infintely better then the philly. Service is pretty typical. Order at counter ,pay at counter and then wait for someone to scream how they think your name is pronounced out the window while you anxiously hover keeping an eye on that uppity dude who looks like he may try to take off with your fries. Pricing is fairly standard food truck rates for the area. Lunch will come in at around ten bucks more or less depending on choices made. In spite of the mass of asphalt parking that makes bishop ranch such a lovely destination, this is a pleasant lunch option.
