This place is open late on the weekends and would be great for intoxicated or hungover college kids. Management was zero help- they immediately tried to chuck the Grubhub driver under the bus as "it's hard to get in contact with people who order about stuff like this and oftentimes the drivers end up dropping the orders because of it". You didn't even try, guys. You could have saved this with a text message or a phone call and you couldn't even do THAT. My roommate can't eat a "sorry" note, guys. After some talking, management authorized a full refund, which I suppose is the least they can do about this, and Grubhub also refunded the price of the sandwich and a five-dollar voucher for all the trouble.
