Situated downtown on Washington Square and using a recipe for olive sauce that is older than 95 years, the restaurant is nostalgic in all the right ways. The décor is unapologetic in referencing their history and with good reason. Serving comfort food with quality service to downtown's current movers and shakers and former residents who have returned and want an instant reminder of home is something they should be proud of. During the pandemic, Weston's ownership was among the most compassionate with their staff and worked hard to keep the business open even as much of their traditional foot traffic has yet to return.
