The food was terrible and it's almost impossible to find. Would not recommend this place anyone.

My partner and I have been using Nature's purpose for 7 months and I'll tell you why I love it. Natures purpose has been the first service that I have had absolutely no issues with. First, they don't require a subscription, I simply order the meals I want each week and that's what I get. Such a simple concept, yet hardly anyone does it. Second, since they're local the food is always a fresh and has good quality ingredients. Third, the website actually gives you all the nutrition information you need. I tried so many places that would leave that out and only give you calories. Being able to see how much protein is in a dish is so important to me. Also, they have different sizes and tell the nutrition of each size. Fourth, the variety of food is great, I never get bored of the meals because there are so many to choose from and they add new ones all the time. Fifth, is the support. Delivery is always on time, and I've had a broken container every once in a while, and I've gotten refunds each time as well as an offer for a replacement. 6th and final, it's tasty and affordable. The prices are what made me check them out in the first place, but the flavor is what made me stay. All of these things rolled up helped me lose 45 pounds in the last 7 months. I started at medium sizes and worked my way down to small sizes while focusing on high protein meals.

When I got there, they were still making my order, and it took a little longer than expected. I got the Spicy Thai Chicken Wrap and the Superbird Omelette (with extra turkey). The wrap was really lacking in flavor... on the menu, it says "spicy", but it wasn't spicy at all. It needs some more sauce to make it a little more flavorful. The omelette was pretty good though! It tasted clean and was a good option for a post workout meal. I think I would come back again to try some other options on the menu or to try their shakes.

I was excited when we first started to dine here, and we came here several times before; but today I noticed the establishment is starting to slack off. As we all know, the moment this happens is when places start to go down hill and then shut down. I don't want to see this place shut down. We need more places like this. Food for thought: The warm greeting when you walk in is hit or miss. The employees don't seem to be as enthusiastic to be there anymore, and definitely not bubbly anymore. The bathrooms, tables, and condiments need cleaning and sanitizing (typical issues, nothing too crazy). But it's gross when you go to a restaurant and the bathroom has stains and resembles a gas station bathroom. The portion size with the bowl appeared to be a lot less than usual today. A lot less. The cost of each meal can vary from $15 - $19, which isn't bad considering the quality of the food and the normal portions. But where they get you are the substitutions. If you want to substitute an ingredient, it's an extra $1-$2 ea. Substitute from steak to a cheap chicken alternative, that will cost you extra. Substitutions should not cost extra, that's why it's called a substitution. Want to add a little somethin' somethin' to your dishy dish? That will cost you a lot more. They nickle and dime you for everything. To be honest, the quality of the food isn't the best but it beats Chipotle. I have yet to chew on a piece of fat here like I have with Chipotle. This was likely the last time we substitute or add anything bc it didn't change the flavor or enhance the meal in any way. This place has tremendous potential if the leadership gets a grip on reality.

Our group was 20 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances, but the company website advertises a 90-minute experience. If you add the 20 minutes lost plus getting a 30 minute show, that doesn't even add up to 60 minutes of the chef's time. Where are the extra 40 minutes? We requested additional proteins to meet the minimum spend because at the base price, we would have only reached $250 of our minimum $450 (again, we only had 5 people) and he messed that up. 4 people ordered 4 proteins each and 1 person had 3. During dinner, at least 2 people got 3 proteins each. When I went to pay the remaining gratuity with Zelle (we traveled from out of town and didn't bring enough cash), the chef didn't want want to give me a name for Zelle, only a phone number. Anyone who has ever used Zelle knows that both a name AND number are required for fraud prevention. He finally gave me the name and insisted that I pay the full 20% gratuity. I honestly felt both pressured and profiled. And just in case the business decides to talk poorly about me, keep in mind that I never complained, talked back, or gave anyone an attitude. I paid what was owed PLUS 20% gratuity for a less than stellar experience and the dinner left everyone with a sour taste in their mouth. We were all quiet as he packed up to leave and later, my friends asked if I was okay and if he was catching an attitude with me. If I could get a refund, I would. I would never in a million years recommend this company. I would say you get what you pay for but you don't even get that, apparently. Very rough ending to what was otherwise a great weekend in AZ.
