When I called to tell them that they left the cookies out of the order, they put the manager on the phone and she suggested we come back to the store to pick up two cookies. It was raining and I really didn't want to get out again so I just wanted a credit on my card. The manager said they had no way to do that but they would put my name on a list and we could just ask for two cookies the next time we came in. They have no way of putting a credit on a card, or do they just not know how to do so?

I received a text that my order was ready and someone would be out shortly with my food. I then received another text that my order did not go through. The manager (Kendrick) comes to my car and apologizes. He then says he could put through my order and asks for my credit card and says he cannot give it to me for free. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING FREE! He says he has my order details and says it should be about 5-7 minutes. He comes out again and one of my items is unavailable.
