She eventually reached her breaking point and went to the restroom, knocking on the door before telling the third employee he needed to come out and help. 10 minutes have passed, and I am still waiting for my food, and the third employee has not come out of the restroom yet. 5 more minutes go by, and he finally comes out. He goes to the sink to wash his hands for at most 10 seconds, and then hops immediately onto the food. If I hadn't been waiting so long and already paid, I would have left immediately. 10 MORE minutes passed, and I am still waiting for my food. At 7:52 PM, my name was finally called to get my food. When I got to my destination, I realized my food was not prepared well, and I could not even stomach it. The sandwich was soggy and cold, the fries were hard, and after watching what I saw as my food was prepared, I just no longer had the appetite. And to make everything worse, the restaurant was filthy. There was trash all over the floor and tables, the soda machine looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks, there was salt spilled all over the drink tops, there were dirty rags under the sink in the food area, AND the machine where they cooked the fries looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. I normally do not leave reviews after a bad service...but was unacceptable. I couldn't even get pictures because I was so disturbed by what I was seeing.
