First time parasailing... and I was terrified. But these guys did a great job making me feel safe…read more They got all 5 of us fitted in life jackets. We road out on a boat to the actual speed boat, and we climbed aboard. I was in the first group (of 2) and they strapped us in securely and sent us out. I was really nervous at first, but once we got up in the air it was very peaceful. It seemed like only a few minutes later (plenty for me) they quickly reeled us back in and we were on deck without even getting wet! They had a GoPro strapped in by the parasailers and they videod the experience, which you can watch (and purchase) if you like. The second group (of 3) strapped in and went next. As they were reeling them in one of the guys asked if we wanted them to dip our second group in the water as they were coming in. They did and our guys loved it. Before we left, the operators took a picture of our family on the boat. All in all, it was a gem of a day. Thx PC!

My family and I were there during Thanksgiving week. My wife and daughter did parasailing with…read moreround trip pick up and drop off from our resort. The online booking experience was straight-forward. Only suggestion for improvement is to ensure that auto-responses are sent in the language that the online forms were completed. There was at least two instances where I had to ask for English response since the original response was in Spanish. The pick up was on-time, the vehicle was clean and in very good condition, the driver was friendly and helpful with my family. The drive was comfortable and short. When we arrived, the front desk staff was welcoming and promptly assisted us. We were escorted to the waiting area, where there are benches and lockers for personal belongings. Room for improvement, they should extend the shading in the waiting area, as Mexico gets extremely hot and at times uncomfortable. More importantly, the lockers' key system needs to be replaced. It isn't secure, I can easily unlock it with either my fingers twisting the lock or taking any thin long object to unlock. As for the actual parasailing, my wife and daughter said the boat captain and crew were helpful, professional, friendly, and focused on safety. It was a bit more windy that morning compared to other mornings. We greatly appreciate that they had our well-being as their priority. The overall facility is safe with a security gate, and very well kept. There is a drink machine if you are thirsty. I did not see any "ready to eat" snack options, but perhaps I missed it. Sometimes after a long day of water activities, you get hungry. After parasailing, there was a bit of mis-communication with the photo people and payment. We had to go back to the front desk to confirm payment already, as the photo booth was asking for payment that had already been made. Better communication would enhance the experience. If not through a computer system that shows payment, then perhaps colored wristband that shows we opted for photo/video package and whether or not if it have been already paid or not. Really easy/inexpensive/viable solution to enhance patron experience and customer review. Additionally, the website and receipt showed we were suppose to get photos AND video in a disc format. Again, the photo booth said no, only email. I followed up via email later that night as it bothered me, and they apologized that their website was not updated. It should only be via website download. Again, in today's society, most if not all thriving and growing businesses rely on online presence, thus more attention should be spend focusing on relevant online content to grow and bring positive awareness to your business...similarly why you asked us to complete an online review for you. Lastly, we did not get any video footage as we paid for (only photos). We were not notified ahead of time. It was only after I got back to my resort later that day when I emailed them, did they acknowledge their video cam was broken :-( To try and ratify the situation, on their own (no suggestion from me) they delivered to our resort a memory card with all our photos, and they refunded us the entire payment of the video and photos, since there was no video footage. I guess it helped a little, but I was willing to pay for those services, because it was worth it and important for my family and I. The staff was super friendly and seem to genuinely love their job and care for their patrons. I think the issues pointed out were not malicious, and therefore can be easily instituted by management and executed by staff. Good luck and thank you!

On the ad it says open bar, buffet of amazing foods, private beach, and no more then 40 people on the catamaran. Well, when we got there the sales started!!! They were telling us they will put up to 100 on a catamaran that we booked, the only way to not do this is to upgrade for 45 for a vip catamaran. The promise literally everything ours comes with, and downtalks the one we booked. Saying the one we booked there's up to 100 on the catamaran, Sandwhiches on out beach, and it's not private. We just wanted to have a good time so we did it. We caved to the scam. Even then there was still over 50 people on our catamaran, the private beach wasn't private and open to the public. We had a great time because we made the best of it, I figured I'd handle it once I got home which I did. I found out it's a complete scam. The company you book with sells you to another company, and you just don't get what you pay for. They admitted this to the TripAdvisor rep ray, but yet TripAdvisor won't remove. I ended up disputing the full charge on my credit card. Scammmmm!!!

They sell you a golf cart on the island for $45 for an hour. Then after lunch we sail to downtown Playa del carmen to buy more stuff with the vendors. Unfortunately Cancún is not what it used to be. In snorkeling, we're rushed to find an underground statue. They Didn't keep the group together and I couldn't find them. Then I was told I had to get back to the boat. I wanted to see this statue and they said No. We need to get to Playa del Carmen. Of course to sell the golf cart and shop. At the end, they have the audacity to walk up to each person and ask for tips! Disappointed I paid $90 for this.

Boat was jammed full of people, we didn't have any say in where we sat (I like to be under shade…read moresince I burn super easily). Talked out of snorkeling because of how choppy the water was. Poor communication, was supposed to leave around 9am and didn't get on the boat until after 10am after being passed around from marina to marina. Only gave us 20 minutes to shop, boat left without us even though we had prepaid for golf cart. Just overall such a cluster. Do not recommend if you want to know what is going on vis communication.

I was really really excited for this tour - we were told we would get the chance to snorkel,…read moreparasail, and explore the Island Mujures. We arrived in the morning in the scorching heat and it was packed. There were really long lines which were honestly a bit of a mess as we were waiting for the catamaran. It also seemed like way more than 60 people were assigned to our catamaran but they made it fit. It was just a bit of a squeeze. Right when we got on the boat, they started yelling at us to put on the snorkeling equipment because we were going to get there soon. The snorkeling portion was organized so you would jump off the boat and swim with the guide a certain distance. Children under 12 weren't allowed to participate. Also, you had to swim with the guide - you couldn't get off and on the boat whenever you wanted during this portion. So not the most family friendly. The view underwater wasn't that great either, there were some fishies and statues of peace signs but there are definitely better views in Cancun. The "domestic open bar" was also a little disappointing - it was mainly just beer, blue lagoon, and rum punch. The bartender made me a tequila sunrise upon request though so maybe there's more if you ask. After snorkeling, we went to the Island Mujeres. There was a lunch buffet but it wasn't very good. The food wasn't well seasoned and there weren't too many options. The beach club was also pretty packed. It stormed during our time on the island and they lost power and water so the toilets weren't flushing. You could also ride golf carts during this portion of the tour to explore the island but it was an addition 43 USD to rent one. After lunch, they took us to another part of the island. At this point we realized there was no parasailing/spinnaker portion of the tour which was what we were most excited for. So we were LIED to. Apparently they haven't been doing it since the pandemic. There wasn't much to explore on the second part of the island either, we just bought some souvenirs and chilled at the beach. After that, they drove us back to Cancun. The staff were funny and put on a great show which is why I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1. I had fun but I don't think it was worth spending a whole day doing seemingly nothing but also something. If we had known this tour was pretty much just a boat ride to spend a day in a very Albatros-presenced part of Isle Mujeres, we probably would've chosen another way to spend our day.

Though I'm an advanced open water diver with approximately 20 dives, I felt a refresher would be in order since my last dive was approximately five years ago. One of my buddies had not dove in a couple of decades. My other buddy had some dive experience, but had never been certified. Our instructor and Dive Master Alejandro was very personable and pleasant, yet serious about the safety of all the divers, not only in the outdoor classroom environment, but also in the boat, and then in the water. I'd like to add, that he is a very good and skilled instructor. Though I brought my own regulator and BCD, the crew prepared my equipment, as well as everybody else's provided equipment. The dives well, and afterwards Alejandro completed several items in my dive log. I take the safety in diving very seriously, and I would definitely come back to this crew. As far as some of the reviews on the provided meals, we had some choices, including some fresh hot pizza, which we took advantage of. The service also facilitated our transportation back to our resort, which was made super easy. I would certainly recommend this experience .
