Looking back on my reviews I don't think I've ever posted a bad review in my life- if I have an issue I would rather address it with management & go from there that being said DO NOT COME HERE. Never I'm my life have I ever been hustled like this for any service. I was charged over $80 dollars for grooming which I read in the sign that for a whopping $80 dollars you get a bath, haircut, nails you know the standard services expected when taking your pet to the groomer. Oh and I bought two bows to place on my dogs head. THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. For all I know they didn't even bathe my dog it's inane and illogical I cannot wrap my head around how I had to come home and trim my dogs body parts for hygienic reasons at home myself. I told the groomer that I wasn't satisfied and my dog needed to be actually groomed (listen it looked like all they did was place bows on her head and call me an hour later) she's 6 years old she's been groomed many many times she didn't even smell clean! The woman told me that I would have to book an entirely different service for the hair cut how does that even make sense when she went in for a haircut to begin with. It's insane but thank god my credit card company is awesome and will be refunding me for this trash service! Don't come here! I would shed an actual tear should have gotten hustled by these "people". Andrea you mentioned I complimented my dog, as you remember my dog has epilepsy because you called me on the phone to come get her right away, I asked how she was doing and you said not well. Remember? When I saw my dog in Spanish I told my dog she looks beautiful wow, I don't see anything wrong with me speaking to my dog. Did I ever say Andrea you did a great job? The opposite I asked you to fix it and that's when the issue started. The perfume- the perfume smelled great! I sprayed it all over my dog since she did not and yet does not smell clean. Like I said my dog is 6 years old and has been groomed many many times. See how many complaints I have on pet groomers, NONE. Just you Andrea! You and your fraudulent business. I most DEFINITELY need some peace after the interaction with you. You run a fraudulent business. But hey it looks like you've been getting away with your scheming. Eventually it will catch up. Also Andrea if I am requesting a refund to my credit card and I DO NOT TRUST MY DOG WITH YOU, why would I pay patronage to your business again. I am in no way, shape or form willing to ever put myself in a situation where I take my dog to you or even let you run my card (even though Amex will be taking care of it) Cheers. Thanks for the well wishes. read more

I had been taking my dog here for about two years. Although the grooming was generally ok, the customer service is not. The first time they groomed my dog, they nicked her, they made a note and they never nicked her there again. Every time I took my dog there, I made a point to tell them please do not cut the hair by the eyes. I was always told they would not but after each groom, about 50% of the time her eye hair was cut which would take a long time to grow out and irritate her and 50% it was not. When I gave them specific instructions on how I wanted her groomed, I was yessed to death but they wouldn't follow through. When I brought a photo with written out concise instructions they yessed me to death and Andrea told me they didn't need the photo. The cut, obviously, didn't turn out as I had hoped, despite speaking to her specifically about it and giving her a photo. The last straw was when I asked them to cut her face short but keep the top knot and I showed them a picture, I was, again, yessed to death. I came in and they had chopped off her top knot!! It took 5 months to grow back! No apology after I spoke to Andrea who I had told to make sure the top knot would not be cut. She flippantly just kept saying yes, yes yes at the time. Instead, Andrea sent out another employee to collect my money while she hid in the back. I have not been back since. They had the nerve to call me to ask me to come back. I will never send my dog there again. Why would I pay all this money to have my requests ignored? read more

I have a five-year-old Shih Tzu named Stella who has never been a fan of being groomed and I know can be very difficult but I must say after trying many different grooming salons I have hit the jackpot with the Puppy Spa! They were very understanding from the beginning about Stella's behavior even after I told them that she may bite for certain things. They told me they would take her and try their best to do whatever she allowed them to do. When I got the phone call that she was all ready to be picked up, I was very surprised. I was sure they were going to tell me I had to pick up Stella due to her behavior but instead, I was picking up a fantastic looking dog who seemed very happy and content. The girls were so patient with her and were able to make her look fabulous! I must say, I was very pleased! I highly recommend bringing your dog here. It brings me peace of mind knowing that I finally have a great friendly place that I could bring my Stella too! Thanks Puppy Spa! read more

The Puppy spa staff are great!! I am definitely one of those crazy dog owners and I must say that they handled my crazy very well!! haha! I am always so nervous when dropping of my pup but they were beyond excellent in making feel comfortable! The place itself is bright, clean and open so that was a great start. When I asked if I should come back in 3-4 hrs. (because that is how long groomers usually take) the young lady said oh no... we have a policy here, we work as team to get your pup done within 1 hour to 1 1/2 hrs so they aren't stressed or agitated. I was beyond thrilled! A nervous dog owner like me definitely loves to hear that their pup will not be held in a create for hours. When i picked up my girl she came out looking great, wagging her tail and looking super happy! Thank you Puppy Spa!! you guys are great!! Gloria Cortina read more

I would just like to say, all things are local...right? We might not travel long distances for a grooming. However, if you live nearby...the prices are competitive. The shop is clean, and while they are very often busy you can usually sneak your pup in there same day or next day. I know in the past I have complained about groomers shaving my dog, but that was my fault for letting too much time lapse. In the past, and from moving around it was always a buzz cut when the dog gets knotted no matter where you go. Having said that, this is a great local shop. They get your dog in and out rather fast, the people are friendly and the shop is clean. PS, I have been going there since 2010. Give it a try. read more
