Kevin did an inspection of the entire door and motor and made recommendations to also replace the original rollers which were worn (the door was over 25 years old). He also gave me ballpark estimates on the cost to replace the entire garage door with low, medium and higher quality doors. After considering all alternatives, I had the springs and rollers replaced.
