Johnny Cowan (tech from Local Garage Doors) came by on a Sunday (with no extra charge) and fixed the springs and the end bearing plates as those were worn out on our 14+ year garage door. He also lubed and checked all others parts thoroughly and helped answer our questions on the rubber insulation and other concerns. This feels like a scam company with untrained employees, charging premium prices for subpar work and then coming back years later to charge even more to fix their own mistakes.
