Not turning on the pump, the heater, nothing. $353.00. AND left a plug in that auto fills the pool, causing it to keep pushing water through, which caused a hard water stain of a 6x8 area of my concrete. The water treatment couldn't keep up with the amount of water it was trying to push through, because the plug was left in! Joe tried to blame me, saying the couldn't see the plugs because it was swampy, which was total untrue, it wasnt merky at all for the first 12 inches of the pool and they sure didn't have problems taking out the others. They missed it, didnt know what it was due to inexperience. The problem: inexperienced workers that have clue about high end pools. He is selling the company, probably because he can't keep workers. He shouted at me saying "I will write the bill off (because I said I am not paying until you get rid of the 5x8 stain on my concrete) but we will not service you anymore". I didn't call for their service anyway, my pool guy chose to contract it out because he was busy, I would never want them back!
