The friendly and timely service from our beer tender and cook was outstanding. There is plenty of open and accessible parking and loads of interior and covered outdoor seating. I didn't get the impression this place makes it's own beer as all I saw was guest taps... which is okay because the list was quite large. Looking in Untappd it does look like they indeed made their beer at one point and time and maybe they still do... I just didn't see any on the list. So tsking my own advice and drinking smartly I got a root beer here that was also on tap along with the beer. I don't recall who exactly made the root beer but it was from a brewery and some craft breweries make absolutely fantastic craft sodas and this one was very good! The place seems to have spacious seating but placing orders up at the front counter can get congested. This place is in a cool spot so despite not finding beer I still walked away from it feeling it was a positive experience.

I had read good things about this place online; one afternoon, I remembered and decided to try it…read more The ambiance is classy and minimalist/modern. It wasn't crowded when I arrived, around 3 or 4pm. Service was very friendly and relaxed. It had a comfortable, friendly vibe. It seems this place has a lot of regulars, because a couple groups came in after me and were greeted by name. It was Tuesday, which meant the Happy Hour menu was available all day. The prices were quite reasonable, and we got plenty of food. We ordered the Korean Street Tacos, and Curried chicken lettuce wraps and the cheeseburger with hand cut fries. Everything was delicious. The Korean tacos were a nice mixture of fresh veggies and rich meat flavors as well as some heat. The wraps were generously filled with a great classic chicken salad with curry, and had a great crunch. The burger was juicy and rich, was a good size and had a yummy brioche bun. The fries were cooked well and the ranch was creamy with a dilly kick. This was some solid food at a great price. Apparently Tuesday is trivia night, but we left before that started. This is a great place for some great food. I can see why this place has regulars!

Cozy and not too loud. Their specials menu of select food and drinks was nice, but I was a but disappointed to learn that the only non-alcoholic offering was a canned golden beer (and soft drinks, water - haha, per our server). They did have a decent selection of draft beer. I shared that many restaurants are offering mocktails and that they're missing an opportunity there. The table ordered a sampling of the menu; Korean tacos, Caesar salad, Mac & Cheese, Burger and fries, and Lettuce wraps. Drinks included strawberry lemonade, draft beer, wine, and ice tea. The Korean tacos were good, but not excellent. I think the shell could be improved upon, maybe a fried won ton? Maybe some chili sauce on the side? The Caesar salad was very good, but the mac and cheese was bland and disappointing. Overall it seems like they're working through some kinks. The server could've used some help, as he seemed to have the only one working all of the tables. No ketchup on the table for fries or offer of any. A condiment station might help, but the place is relatively small. I'm glad we stopped in and will certainly give it another shot. It's nice to have an affordable family friendly spot in Salem and I wish them the best of luck!

Went here while on a work trip and the food was phenomenal…read more It's an order and pay at the counter then get your food when it's ready kind of bar atmosphere. Super friendly staff. Their ciders are great, I tried the Viking Cherry Cider and loved it so much I bought a six pack to take home, at $18 for 6 it was still absolutely well worth it. For food my coworker got the Fish and Chips, deep fried in beef tallow for those who avoid seed oils, and said it was excellent. I had a caesar salad and fries to go with my cider and it was a lovely meal. This will absolutely be one of our go-to spots when in Salem from now on.

The inside atmosphere is sports bar fabulous plenty of seating for groups or couples. We shared a juicy hazy IPA and an order of scotch eggs while sitting on the patio, which is shaded and comfortable with both picnic tables and bar-top seating. I was thrilled to find that the scotch eggs were not only delicious but also authentically prepared. The yolk was soft and slightly runny, and the crust was perfectly crisp and flavorful. This establishment is a true hidden gem. While the food prices are a little steep, the quality definitely makes it worthwhile. We will be back!

Every single time I deliberately select "YES, I WOULD LIKE SILVERWARE." And yet, somehow, I am repeatedly handed a container full of lettuce and absolutely no f***int plan for how I'm supposed to eat it. At this point, this is no longer an oversight. This feels calculated. Somewhere in that kitchen, someone sees my order come through, reads "silverware requested," looks directly at the forks, and says, "Not today, bitch." The salad? Decent. The service? Fine. The ongoing psychological warfare involving disposable cutlery? Unprecedented. I shouldn't have to keep emergency forks in my desk because I can no longer trust you people. We had excellent service ice tea was always full even noticed my ice was melted and gave me a fresh glass! Attention to details was obvious and she was very friendly. We had fresh clams, peach boysenberry salad, Ruben, Salmon, fried oysters, and fettuccini Alfredo. All entrees tasted great and the portion sizes were very generous. Most importantly the prices! WOW.....the value of our very large meal for six and drinks entree was very reasonable! Lastly the ambiance was great especially if you enjoy watching aircraft arrive and depart directly in front of the restaurant. 180 degree view is also quite nice as the Willamette Valley views are gorgeous with the mountains as a backdrop! I highly recommend the Flight Deck for casual dinning or even a business lunch. We will definitely return soon and thank you!

Lots of regulars looks and feels Old. The waitress was very nice and took our order. Prime Rib, baked potato, salad, corn bread and a veggie. It didn't take too long. Here's how it went. The corn bread came out first. It was not warm and had probably come out of the fridge about an hour before serving. It wouldn't even melt the butter. The salad was your basic mixed greens with two unpeeled baby carrots a wedge of tomato and thousand island dressing. It was ok. Now the main course the rib was over cooked. I ordered medium and was more med well but it wasn't hot? Also it was very tough. The baked potato was not cooked. They split the thing before the served it so they had to know it was done and they still severed it. My brothers was The same. His meat was the right temp but it wasn't hot not hot and it was tough. The au jus was something I've never seen. It was weak and broken and someone had out liquid smoke in it. Very unpleasant. The broccoli was actually cold to the touch. We told the waitress who was very apologetic and she offered to sub anything. So we both decided to try the masted potatoes instead. They were watery and not warm. Disgusting. I checked Yelp before we went and saw that it was 4 star so I was fairly confident it would be good. Not at all. This place is terrible. If you are expecting bang for you buck try Micky Ds instead.
