I called them again yesterday and told them I am ready to purchase. I was told to text them my address and they will deliver the next day. Never heard back so I was a bit disappointed until a call this morning, giving me a heads up that they are going to be in my area in an hour to deliver my tree! They were courteous and was on time. The tree and the delivery fee were very reasonable so we gave them extra as a thank you! Will definitely come back here for more planting needs! One Very happy customer!!!

Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely changed my impression. The cashier was not friendly and seemed impatient, which made the process uncomfortable and disappointing. The nursery does offer fair pricing and a wide selection of plants, which I appreciated. However, customer service--especially at checkout--is just as important. Because of this experience, I will likely choose to shop somewhere else next time.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Purchased a Thompson seedless grape vine…read moreand upon ripening it was full of seeds - we dug it out and threw it away - what a waste of a year of time and care! During the time while grapevine was growing (before we knew it wasn't a Thompson seedless) we also bought a Washington naval orange tree. It showed dwarf on the tag but Mike assured us it WASNT a dwarf and was a semi dwarf or standard (which is what I was looking for) no matter what the tag said! Well, now after nearly a year of care and fuss over this orange tree we pick the first orange and it is FULL OF SEEDS!!!!! So now I call Mike and tell him all that is written above and he laughs and says wow do you have bad luck!!! My bad luck was shopping at this small local nursery!!! So my husband gets on the phone. Mike stops laughing. Oh what? More fun trying to intimidate a woman? After some convo w my husband, Mike requests pics and says "he will see what he can do!" So we sent these pics to #951-679-0664, where he requested we send them. Requesting he respond to us. We haven't heard back! Based on the prior grapevines and then the orange tree being mislabeled we don't trust any kind of replacement tree but a full refund. Don't trust Mike! Here are the pics we sent to Mike. I looked around at the usual major hardware locales and did some research online where I came across P&C. At P&C, I was helped by the owner who took her time to show me what types of succulents and trees she had which were many! The colors and types of succulents she had available in many sizes were amazing. I had never seen those colors in nature. At the end of my visit, I walked away with $160 worth of succulents which included, 30 small succulents, 2 large succulents, and 2 queen palms. Weeks later, when I had to drop by the Depot, I compared prices and found the savings to be extensive. One palm tree alone would have been close to $100. A great local spot to visit.
