Pretty straight forward place. I was looking for a certain type of grass (tall fescue) they had it. It only did they have it but they delivered it to the driveway and not on the street. Delivered on time with no issues. Planted per their instructions. We are watering the grass three times per day for twenty minutes. So far so good with the new turf. If you are installing new turf, pay attention to their instructions and prepare the ground. If you do not prepare the ground, it will be a complete failure! The office experience was pleasant and the woman helping was efficient and kind. She gave us free Halloween candy, which was an unexpected plus! They have two types of sod available for purchase at this location. We called Friday afternoon and they let us know we could come Saturday morning to order and pick up sod. They are also available from 1-2:45pm on weekdays for ordering and pick ups as well. It was cool to see how the sod is cut right from the ground! Such an amazing experience. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was extremely nice and went the extra mile to ensure my grass got delivered as promised. My grass is so beautiful and great quality! The delivery driver was communicating his ETA for delivery and was punctual with the time promised. I purchased some sod from this quality turf inc on Warren rd in San Jacinto ca. you have to call on a phone to order sod. when I did they required a card to order product and within 5 hours someone used the same card I used to order sod to buy DLR tickets for Disneyland I assume. since I rarely use that card it is highly suspicious for fraud. This company is a complete joke and the owner is extremely rude!!! We bought grass from this company a few weeks ago. When they where delivering the grass I was getting ready to pull off for work. The driver asked me to sign to show I received the order and asked me to open my gate. I took off. When the people installing the grass showed up they asked if I had seen all the oil spilled all throughout my driveway and the street. I checked my cameras and there are lines all over my street and up and down my driveway. I rewound the videos to see the delivery guy from Quality Turf driving a forklift up my driveway. He looked down and saw the hose was leaking yet he proceeded to go up and down my driveway and all in my street creating a major mess. This was on Thursday August 6th. The people doing our yard immediately called "Quality" turf and were met with total unprofessionalism and horrible customer service. They basically told them they couldn't help them and it wasn't their problem. Once I was notified of this I followed up with a call. The lady that answered was very rude and tried to tell me I signed off on any damages. That definitely wasn't the case and that is not what i was told I was signing off on (all on camera). After telling her what happened and explaining to her I wasn't trying to get anything for free I just wanted my driveway cleaned she said she would get ahold of the manager / owner and get back to me. We didn't here from them so the following day my wife reached out and again was met by a total unprofessional responses. Then she was forwarded over to the manager/owner. He didn't even give her a chance to speak. He answered and started being rude to her immediately. So I called them and they setup a person to come clean the sidewalk Monday August 10th. The guy came and tried everything he could to no avail. The oil had baked into the cement for 4 day and ruined it. I told the guy I was very upset. Not with him but with the turf company. I let him know I'd be taking them to court if it didn't get fixed. Later that evening the manager / owner called me running his mouth and saying he doesn't like hearing these threats when they are trying to fix the problem. He even said in his exact words, "if I had known it was gonna be like this I would have told you to pound sand!" Since then I haven't heard from them and they haven't taken any of our calls. We are in the process of filling a lawsuit with my lawyer now. Additionally their turf is trash! Half of it was yellowish brown and dead on arrival. We've watered it 2-4 times a day trying to bring it back to life. We had to replace so much of it with higher quality grass just to make it look alive. Its sad that you spend all this money to do upgrades on your home and it ends up looking worse!!! read more

Hello I am writing to file a formal complaint, I recently purchased over 1, 200 ft of grass. 100 ft of the sod was damaged I called and spoke to Pifas which I believe is the supervisor there on Monday 6/13/22 to let him know about the damaged sod. Least to say I had a horrible experience with this man, he originally agreed to exchange the sod he asked me to send him pictures which I did. Pictures were taken Sunday at 3pm (I have time stamp of date and time pictures were taken) and the sod was delivered Saturday morning. He then proceeded to call me arguing that I had installed the grass Monday he was very unprofessional, raising his voice arguing with me that the day of installation was Monday and not Sunday and that , that was the reason the sod was damaged. I have over 30 years of experience in this field and have not ever been spoken to in this manner. This complaint is not to get the sod I could care less for that now. This is no way to speak to any PAYING CUSTOMER especially arguing with me about the day of installation when I installed the sod not him. I will also be leaving a review on google. read more

I purchased 700 square feet for delivery at a $60 delivery fee. I wasn't sure how much I was going to actually need and had just guessed for a small backyard in Lake Elsinore California. It turned out I needed an additional 500 feet I went over the same day as the delivery and picked up the 500 additional feet of sod. I asked the gal at the cashier window if they would possibly refund my $60 delivery fee since I had now purchased over 1000 ft.² in the same day and she said she would have the boss give me a call back. David calle IId me and argued in a circle with me how I only had 700 feet delivered and just ignore the fact that he had sold me over 1000 ft.² in one day and his delivery truck only made one trip and insisted he could not refund my $60 delivery. AT QUALITY TURF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. and if you want free delivery for over 1000 ft.² it has to come on their truck in one trip and not in separate payments. They are very rigid and uncompromising, once they got my $60 for delivery fee David wasn't giving it back for nothing! Hope the $60 Is worth the bad word-of-mouth quality turf will get from this customer, and I will never give them my business again! David needs a class in customer service!
