I found stains in my sheets and am not questioning if she slept in my bed instead of the guest room.

I didn't mind waiting in my car until a room was ready for my pet, and I loved how I didn't need to go in the room with my pet. Just like with my kids, I don't like watching shots being administered to my animals. The staff greeted me and my pet with smiles and made us feel so welcome. The vet tech that I spoke with asked if I had any concerns, and let me know what to expect and got my consent before treatment was administered. The vet came out and spoke to me personally and addressed all concerns or questions I had. I didn't catch her name, but she was super friendly. I am so glad I switched specifically to this vet and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

I pick them up and they smelled horrible!!!!! he never over to pay for the bed nor did he call to ask to what he should do with it. he had no right to do that without paying for it. I had to give bother dogs a bath as soon as we got home. they were timid for a day because of the lack of care for them. be careful of who you trust with your little loved ones. if there not let out properly they have to do there business somewhere. and from my understanding with the rain that week, he only let them out at his convenience. So said they our little boys had to go through this and he threw away a brand new bed because he didn't let them out. Not Happy With His Kennel at all. Mr Daniels

This review is about the horrendous experience that we had with Aunt Becky, owner of Aunt Becky's…read morePet care. Specifically, her reply and attacks in response to the previous review posted about the injury that occurred to our dog. Admittedly it has been very difficult during our dog's recovery (which she is still going through), which is why this review is somewhat delayed. The matter is simple really - our dog was injured while she was under the care of Aunt Becky. However, the matter and Aunt Becky's response has gone beyond the scope of human decency - which compelled me to post this review. There are many false statements that have been attempted to be passed as truth. The one I feel really needs to be pointed out is the suggestion of demand of money. Again, the matter is simple: after this terrible event occurred, an understanding was made between us and the business owner. When this was changed and backtracked by the owner, I felt it was reasonable to question those actions. Also, we dealt with Aunt Becky as pet parents and owners. It's appalling that the business owner felt it necessary to drag my profession into her aspersed response. Our fellow pet owners should be aware - a public smear may be the least of your concerns. Also, the use of our dog's image to promote her business after this injury is just cruel. This was a horrible tragedy that we are still dealing with daily. Unfortunately, Aunt Becky has cast aside all sincerity and decency. We hope this never happens to another pet parent/owner.

Our crazy black lab has been coming to Wags since she was 6…read moremos. old. While she's energetic now, she was like a cyclone back then! She needed (and still needs) an outlet for her energy. Wags is a great outlet for all dogs, because there's a big playroom where the dogs can mingle, play, run, nap along the walls . They are not confined to crates all day with just potty breaks and short play times. If a dog gets a bit over the top with playing, there's a time out. Our dog used to run with the other crazy puppies; and the older dogs taught her how to be a dog! After two years, she 's still happy at Wags and comes home tired when she's spent her afternoon there. The staff treats her well and is pleasant to me. I like that they keep records and notify us when our dog is due for a shot. Charlie has also spent time at Wags' kennel when we're out of town.
