He not only tried to help me with the problem but he researched how to help me and called me back when he found the information. After figuring out what needed to be done, it was needing a managers approval. James was able to get the situation to the manager and he personally called me to explain how we could fix the situation. The manager called another club and made the situation work out. Unbelievable effort Customer service has been declining in pretty much every area of the service industry over the last 5 yrs or more. The effort given by James and the manager was nice to receive. He asked why we needed another cart. He never told us our rounds came with a cart. I also witnessed 2 guys (who we ended up playing with) who checked in got the worse service. Andy threw (literally) their receipt and credit card at them. It's just unacceptable, especially first thing in the morning prior to tee off. I have staff on the front line and would never let this slide. I hope he gets some good customer service training or put him behind the office away from the public.

New balls, ball trackers, replaced some of the older mats, etc. They're currently building a facility to serve food and drinks. Bathrooms are reasonably clean. There's a fantastic golf shop attached and service is amazing. Cons: Without fail there are a handful of dysfunctional or out of order bays. The Trackman golf sensors often misread or miss a shot and there's no way to fix it. Bays and screens look like they've never been cleaned (tons of dust). I'm not too crazy about the table and chairs. I find the stool chairs (over the lower metal ones) to be very uncomfortable and tables just collect dirt (more things that should be cleaned). Overall I highly recommend this place, they just have a few things to work on.

In fact, one of the first signs that you'll come across is a quote by Tiger Woods. "Some of my happiest memories are of spending time with my Pops on the golf course having putting contests." Awww! I came with my fam and for the adults it's $30 a person and for kids it's $20 for all day putting. It includes your golf club rental and a ball. You can also have the option of opting out of the cost if you just want to watch and in my case, I was just going help my kiddo and observe. We wanted to have lunch first and the food is actually pretty good! I actually got the burger in a wrap which made it feel healthier yet still savory & delicious! There is also a shaded playground, foosball and ping pong tables. There are 2 mini golf courses to choose from, black (easier and flatter) and red (harder and hillier with obstacles). It's designed like a classic putting course without the cutest obstacles. So for younger kids, they may not find it as engaging unless they are really into putting. You can also order drinks and food while on the course and it'll be delivered right to you. Overall, it was a fun experience!
