I went in for a fill in and a repair. By far one of the best experiences I've had in the area. The nail tech (I forgot to ask her name) was very good. She paid attention to the shape of my nails and kept them uniform. She didn't burn my fingers with her drill or file. She was very careful and I appreciated that. This new salon is one to check out!! Only in business for 2.5 months now, they will surely build a very large clientele. This was my first time here and I was thoroughly impressed! The moment you walk in you can tell it's a high class salon. There is a reception area where you can enter your name and phone number on a kiosk. There are gorgeous crystal chandeliers, beautiful spa chairs and a contemporary feel to the whole place. It's very clean and inviting. My daughter and I had an appointment for pedicures. They did take us back a little after our appointment time but they were short staffed so understandable. They did a good job on our feet but what impressed me more was the cleanliness of it as well as the true spa feel. The relaxing music piping in, the beautiful scenery playing on big screens, the lighting... it's all a part of the experience! You don't feel like you're being rushed through a nail salon. You feel like you're in a real spa. Even when they're understaffed! The pricing was a little higher than some other nail salons but for the experience of it, well worth it! All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. Michelle spoke with us for a few minutes before we left. She wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our service. She mentioned they really cared about the experience rather than just the service. not really sure how to feel about this salon. The worker was pretty aggressive with my hands. Nails shapes are uneven on both sides and don't match. There is paint on my cuticles and the white is streaky. Pretty disappointed. My nails look good from far away but up close they look messy. Paid 61$ for a full set. Probably won't come back. Sloppy, aggressive and there was not care taken when my nails were done. She was being fast to the point where the buffer flew out of her hands. read more

I went last week for a SNS and a pedicure. The guy that did the pedicure did a good job. However the lady that did the SNS who I thought at the time did a good job didn't. It hasn't even been a week and I have had to have one repaired that broke, two have chipped and look horrible. God only know what the rest of this week holds. It is not cheap to get your nails done and the service seemed to be good until two days after. I have had my nails done for many years and never have problems. I go three weeks in between visits but this time I'll be lucky to make it to a week. The guy that fixed the first nail for me at a different salon said that my nails were done entirely to thin and there was no way that they would last. I guess he was right. I am not a fan and would not recommend this place. I feel like I threw the money for the nails right out the car window. read more

I've been to this salon a handful of times and most recently have been seeing Kenny. The first time I went he convinced me to get SNS and he did a great job and I was very pleased with the service. The last time I was there I booked my nail appt ahead and specified gel polish. Kenny tried to get me to do SNS instead and badgered me to the point of bullying when I insisted on gel. He was very rude the rest of my appointment time and did a mediocre job on my nails. Very disappointed. As the customer, I have the right to choose what I pay for. Love this place, I've been coming for almost a year and I always receive great customer service. The owner is a sweetheart she's very relatable and understanding, this is the only place in Burlington that doesn't charge you for long or short nails or ridiculous add ons. Any time I break a nail they fix it no problem or argument needed will always recommend and come back. read more

I had an appointment at 10am with Michele and she stated she did not want to do my nails after I arrived because she said I did not say thank you to her the previous time I was at the salon. Which is not true. She was just too busy in the back running her mouth to hear me say thank you when I walked out. She is extremely rude and argumentative. She needs to learn about customer service and manners if she is going to work in the South. She discriminates against certain customers. I was never disrespectful to her but she was to me. So that's that. She just lost a high paying customer and from what I can see with other reviews, I am not the first person she has been nasty to. I always wondered why their parking lot was empty! I was able to get my nails done quickly but felt rushed and never even picked out the exact colors I wanted. My nails started chipping 3-4 days after I had them done and started lifting after a week. The person doing my nails talked poorly about the nails I had done previously and how they weren't done professionally although they never chipped and weren't lifting after 4 weeks. They charged my friend an extra $10 for a square shaped nail. They are awful mean people. They called my friend and I names and made comments about my being plus sized. First time here and I asked to soak off acrylics I had on and I was the only one in the salon. I had my nails soaking for almost an hour with no one checking up on me . Finally someone came to actually take off the acrylic after and hour of my hands being in acetone . My fingers were sticking together and I have plastic all on my hands now that I am still peeling off a day after , the lady said it was normal but I haven't always got my nails soaked off and have never experienced this. I went with two friends and we were able to be seated at the same time. Two technicians started a male and a female. The male was friendly and personable the female was on her phone for most of my service and did not seem invested in the service. My $33 "Spa pedicure was completed in less than 20 mins. I did have lotion applied to my feet and legs and a hot towel placed on my shins but no massage was given beyond the simple lotion application. I had no base applied and if a top coat was added to polish it wasn't visible, I was chatting with my friends and not watching her explicitly. When the technician stood and emptied my water I was shocked the process was over and realized that I didn't get a massage. I was speaking to my friends who encouraged me to say something. The technician was combative yelling from across the room, never approached me to discuss when asked about massage. Her behavior was shocking to me and my friends. One of my friends had planned a manicure too, but canceled that service after seeing how the technician responded to me. read more

I would not recommend Paradise nails for SNS. I was told to have my nails shorter I would have to do a manicure along with SNS, fifteen dollars more. I have never had anyone tell me that. The nails on my right hand are longer than the ones on my left hand. The thickness is great, but if you're going to do SNS I would pick another salon. read more

I only wanted a polish change and they couldn't even do that right! My toes looked better before he polished them. If the polish I chose was too thick he should have told me that. He did an awful job. This nail salon is close to my neighborhood so I keep giving it a chance. But no need to keep being disappointed and wasting money.
