Great service, very friendly, my order came out quick. The food and smoothies came out great as well

This was the first time I've visited paradise juice in over six years. I understand businesses have different practices since COVID however, this does not justifies the poor service I received during my visit. I was not greeted upon walking up to the order window that is outside of their store. The employee that was receiving my order seemed very irritated and annoyed that I was in the presence of the restaurant.. I was not asked how my day was not even "hello", or "welcome" or anything like that. The employee simply said "what do you want." In a very stern and unhappy voice. For a company claiming to have "the best smoothies in the valley" I absolutely have to disagree because the service was so terrible. However, to be fair in this review the actual smoothie product is above average in quality. But the price is not justified and has continued to climb exponentially since my last visit. I personally never have had such a bad interaction with any employees at the store before. In fact this visit was so bad I had to write this review. Solid place!! Their vegetable juices are freshly made and their best products!! Their smooth is a little bit too sweet for me but some may like it. The all green energizer is really green juice flavor...no sweetness...I think it's delish!! I heard others saying the hangover is really good and healthy and less green juice flavor and a touch sweet...may try that next time. Their acai bowls are excellent as well!! I loved this place!! Everyday got my smoothie and vegan pumpkin bread. Then I found out they use yogurt as a base!!! :(( I was so angry! It doesn't say anything anywhere on any of the menus that they even use a dairy base. If there are items in your smoothies that aren't listed on the menu then I'm not okay with that! Just list it somewhere that you use yogurt as a base so vegans or people with allergies don't have a problem with it. They offer a soy yogurt but that isn't listed anywhere either! Disclose disclose disclose this kind of information! I love this place and will continue to get smoothies there but without any yogurt base, I will just get the ingredients that are listed on the menu in my smoothies. read more

Paradise Juice is where it's at!!! My family has been enjoying the smoothies, juices and sandwiches from this place for years. The service is great and the quick service juice and sandwich spot is owned by a lovely married couple who really care about their customer's experience. If it's your first time and you like tuna salad, you MUST try the tuna salad sandwich. It is the best tuna sandwich I've had anywhere, and has avocado which makes it that much better. I love the Utopia smoothie, and all of the juices. The inside is clean and bright, perfect for a quick lunch with kids or to hang out if you have some work to get done. They are also really quick if you call in an order to go. Even though I live in the east valley now, I always make a point to stop at Paradise Juice and get my fix whenever I'm in the area. read more

I love this place! I had previously been a regular of a larger chain and stumbled upon this place one day after growing tired of the inconsistency from the last smoothie place I frequented. I won't be going here again. Açaí bowl is a joke. You get açaí scooped out of a tub, that isn't fresh. You get 1 cut up strawberry and very minimal ingredients. The Hawaiian açai bowl was good. Everything tasted fresh. But it didn't really stand out from any other bowl that I've had. There is a local place in Southern CA called Blenders that has realllly good granola and they have boosts that you can add (i.e.antioxidant, energy, protein, etc.). Paradise Juice is a lunchtime jewel sequestered away from the street in a strip mall full of giant chain stores. Ok, that was a bit dramatic, but we who have spent enough time in Phoenix know that strip malls often house great food finds and we must educate outsiders not to discriminate based on appearances. Paradise Juice is really good...seriously. And it's healthy! This little spot is owned and operated by an Iranian family that is just so genuinely nice you'll feel good giving them your business. All of their smoothies are amazing and made with fresh ingredients. Try the cranberry-based ones for something less sweet or opt for a delicious vegetable juice. If you need food on top of your liquid meal, I especially love the grilled vegetable sandwich. There are a few nice outdoor tables, albeit, your view is a massive parking lot. read more

My favorite is the small mood enhancer, take that with a show of wheat germ and I am ready to start the day. What is there left to possibly say about Paradise Juice than I LOVE them. Week after week I have continued to travel 3 miles for lunch just to get some of my favorite blended juices. I always get The Antioxidant/ add protein and a shot of wheat grass....as a Doctor of Chiropractic my job is very physically demanding and this lunch smoothie keeps me full for over five hours. Since I have started visiting them for lunch I have lost over 5 lbs! It is also family owned and the manager knows your face every time you walk in. I believe this kind of service has sometimes been lost in the big city of Scottsdale and to find this little paradise is a treat. Wow, where to even begin! I have been coming to this smoothie bar ever since I was a little girl, it is a paradise valley staple! If you have never been you must make a stop! The owners and employees are so friendly and they have expanded their menu to include food and pressed juices as well as smoothies! I came into this place yesterday for lunch. G and I shared the pesto chicken panini and the turkey cranberry sandwich both came with a bag of chips. We also shared the boysenberry smoothie. The pesto Chicken panini was my favorite! It was awesome possum! Totally hit the spot with all the fresh ingredients. The turkey cranberry was also very good! Again super fresh ingredients and delicious fresh multigrain bread. The smoothie was seriously on a different level! It was no joke one of the best smoothies I have ever had! Beats Jamba Juice any day hands down! Have various sandwiches (both hot and cold), salads, wraps and even a kids menu. I highly recommend this place!! As I walked in, the atmosphere was mellow. The employees were welcoming and the service was excellent. I got the acai power smoothie its one of the best smoothies I've ever had and I drink a lot of smoothies. I got the zen bowl along with it and it was better than expected. SO SO RUDE, I don't know how this is still getting customers. I showed up there tonight February 16 at 6:50PM and wasn't sure what time they closed the lady told me they close at 7PM. She still went ahead and took my order of a pesto sandwich and as I was about to order a juice she told me I couldn't because she had just cleaned the machines which I completely understand since they were about to close as I was waiting for our my order and another lady waiting for hers she made it she made a comment loud and clear that she was very upset and annoyed she had to make my food and a smoothie (other customer)....if you didn't want to make my food during the hours that you operate you should've turned me away I wouldn't of cared but to Be that loud and rude because you have to do your job is very annoying on the (my) customers part. And as I'm leaving I come to find out if they close at 8 PM...why are you even cleaning an hour and 10 minutes before you even close ??? don't be upset that you have to work on the hours that you are open if you don't want to make food at 6:50 PM then close your shop at 6:50 PM and to top it off they didn't even put pesto on my sandwich!!!! It wasn't the closest place, but when 50+ reviewers give it a 4.5 star average, we decided we should drive the extra mile or two to give it a try. We're happy we did. What really sticks out about the smoothies at Paradise Juice is that they're actually smooth. A lot of places I've been too either blend them down to a juice or make them way too icy like a slurpee. At Paradise Juice, the smoothie actually tastes like thick fruit, yogurt, and juice. If there were any artificial ingredients in this drink, I sure couldn't tell. read more

This was my first time ever being here I usually go to ChopShop to get an açaí bowl but I saw the reviews and thought I would give it a try. The places was pretty nice but When I got the front ordered my açaí bowl you get to choose 4 topping to put in your açaí. First of all the bowl is very small for 8 dollars it's not really worth it. Then after I realized how small it was they also made it wrong. They shouldn't give you the option to choose what you want on it if they don't even acknowledge what you want cause they made an açaí there way meaning put whatever they think you would like or assume what usually goes on it. And the fruit that they put on like the blueberries and strawberry were frozen! Then I called back and the owner picked up the phone and I told him that they made it wrong and he told me that I probably got the wrong order and that the was another girl was ordering açaí as well but when I was waiting for mine to get done I over heard her order and trust me I didn't get the wrong order, they made it wrong and he kept on making excuse to cover it up or make himself feel like it wasn't there messed up. He then accused me of lying and that's when I just hung up. Very bad customer service would not recommend for anyone to come here they don't know what there doing. Let me tell you, I have tried to recreate this smoothie at home many times and it just doesn't tastes as good as theirs!
