The putting green offers a great panoramic view of the course and is immaculately maintained. The short game area offers a couple very clean bunkers with the perfect amount of sand in them. The course is gorgeous, every hole is immaculately maintained, and offers a superb view. You could take pictures all day out here and cover your walls, it's just a pretty place. While The course looks amazing, it also has some bite too. The super has a great eye for exciting and fun pin locations, and it can get really exciting out there. If you're batting it around, you'll find yourself struggling to get out of their heavy rough and the long hitters, there's strategically placed fescue that will gobble your ball up, hit it straight! The staff is top notch, outside services are ready and waiting to help and the service inside the bar/restaurant area is 5 stars. They are ready to help and super attentive. The food is awesome. A medium burger is grilled medium, wings are so tasty, like they are brined first, everything they brought out was incredibly delicious. The locker rooms were some of the best I've ever seen. There are quite a few memorable holes including 16 and 18. The course is in excellent condition and very close to private course conditions, if you didn't know it was public you may not notice. They just added a new clubhouse which was desperately needed and it is very nice. The course was windy and it is very hilly and seems to be shaped with the natural contours of the land. It is very playable and if you drive well you can score. The greens aren't overly undulating but some of the pubs can be tough to get too. It is very accessible to eastern Pennsylvania and closer then many courses I play in the area. I look forward to getting to know the course better and yesterday I pared the 18th hole which made me very happy , last time 18 won!

Perfect for families, young children, and beginners…read more Wife and I were looking for a place that allowed our 2.5 year old to ride along with us. This place was not only perfect, it's almost made for families. First, the staff that I met there were maybe the NICEST golf course attendees that I've ever met. Went out of his way to explain every little detail of the course. Made us feel comfortable with bringing our child - it didn't feel like an inconvenience for them, more like they WELCOMED it. This meant so much to us. Second, it's a perfect place for families and beginners. No tee times needed, 12 holes (shorter round) with 10 of them being par 3s. Most people walked. We didn't for obvious reasons and was thankful that they had carts. Definitely something we'll come back to as the children get older!

Sign-in process for the tourney was smooth, golf club staff was helpful and friendly. The interior has some nice decor, the Pro Shop was fully stocked and well maintained. Didn't use the driving range nor the practice green, so I can't provide input on those two areas. The course was in great shape with a links style layout. There were some challenging holes...from the tee box to green in 100ft elevation changes, some blind spots from tee box to the fairway. It was a warm day out and the humidity was high, so it was nice the staff was handing out ice cold water bottles throughout the golf course. Definitely recommend a cart for this course, walking can be a challenge with the many hills and the distance between greens and tee-boxes. They hosted a luncheon after the tournament, food was great and everything turned out great. Will try to return before winter arrives. One Suggestion: better signage directing traffic to the next hole/tee-box for some of the holes.
