The menu can be a bit confusing as they have some drink items on the regular menu and a secret menu and limited menu with food or dessert on the drink menu. It took a little bit to get noticed but we got a Hogwash potion and a Yoshi's Island for drinks as we had just had dinner elsewhere as the food prices here a bit much and not worth price but their video game or other nerdy themed drinks which some can be mocktails are fantastic. My boyfriend's Hogwash potion didn't take long and it was cool to see it opened with vapors coming out. My drink took much more time but it felt like it was more ice than anything as I felt like I had maybe four sips before it was all good. The trivia was great but they were having mic issues but it was also just hard to hear the host as we were sitting on the opposite end of where the host was. There are TVs that have the questions so that was very helpful. The service here is friendly but it would have been nice to be checked on more as I wanted to order another drink but their loss, I suppose. Yes, the Cajun tots with ranch is worth the visit alone. But get a craft beverage (or two, or three) while there. I tried three hard ciders and they were each unique & delicious. I rounded out my meal with a cheeseburger and I have to say, it was one of the best burgers I've had recently. If you go to a show (I watched Dune: Part Two) there's enough ambient light to eat without fumbling about. I went in during the day with my Mom to watch Toy Story (it's the 30th Anniversary of the film) and because it's mid-day, the room was empty, but this place is super cool. Love all the unique antique couches and tables where you can watch your movie and a server brings it to you. We ahd the run of the house and the food was pretty good. I got a burger, fries, and hard cider and it was okay, but the experience made my heart happy. There is also a restroom at the back of the theater with old fashioned fixtures and it was cool. It's a men's room, but it's also open to anyone who wants to use it. Also great is how they have all the condiments out in the back so help yourself, along with a water dispenser, AND a sink to wash your hands. So good! The staff that was working that day was very friendly and informative about what they offer. They were kind with us and the other customers that were present. Okay this is gonna be lengthy…read more I have to go here to continue to receive my medications. I got a new job and didn't think I would be able to qualify for Apple Amerigroup insurance anymore, so I canceled service as I thought I would end up having to transfer somewhere that takes Kaiser Permenente. Turns out due to the pandemic, Apple is keeping people regardless of their income, so I figured I'd let Cascade know I could go ahead and continue to use their service after all. Now, mind you, they still have records of everything I discussed with the counselor I was seeing and my perscriber there. So what do they want me to do? Take the whole damn mental health intake all over again, so I can sit and discuss stuff they already know with them for between one and two hours... They said it is because it has been so long since I had an intake there that I'd have to retake one. Now how does that make sense? I decided to continue to use their services like 2 weeks after I originally canceled, so wouldn't it makes sense for them to require people to reapply with an intake if they request services again like several months after canceling since they still already have all their records, and not base it upon how long its been since you initially had one? Not only does that waste my time, but it wastes their staff's as well because it is pointless to discuss information they already blatantly have. They're lucky I have Mondays off or I wouldn't be able to do it, because they seem to think their business contains the only people in the world who hold jobs and you're schedule is just supposed to cater to them apparently. Ironically though, I've been going there for a number of years and they can't seem to keep any counselors they have there. I've had a handful of them. If you see someone there, you can plan on doing so for anywhere from like 4 months to a year if you're lucky (lucky being if you like who you're seeing). The only one I really ever clicked with left after about a year and I was shattered. 9 times outta 10 they don't let you know til the last minute, or you'll just go to your appointment to learn that the person you were seeing no longer works there and have to reschedule something with someone else there. Its not a real great business. The only reason I'm going back and agreeing to take a COMPLETELY unnecessary mental health intake is due to the fact it would be a lot easier to just stick with the place to continue to see my prescriber.
