This prompted me to look closer at your environment, from the magazines provided to the imagery on the walls; the lack of representation is stark and exclusionary. Furthermore, I was deeply unsettled to find that the Office Manager brings her dog into a clinical dental setting. As someone there for a medical cleaning, I found the presence of an animal in a healthcare facility to be both unprofessional and unhygienic. As a white woman of German descent married to an African American woman, I have listened to my wife's accounts of "Sundown towns." My experience at your office recently mirrored those stories--a space that feels curated for one demographic while making others feel unwelcome or invisible. I am ashamed to have patronized an establishment that feels like a "Sundown office" for as long as I have. When I called and wanted the explanation of a charge that was not estimated. I was sent to the billing department. Where the lady kept talking down to me, without listening to me. We had a seven minute conversation and she started to accuse me of yelling at her which I told her I was not doing. She then placed me on a 4 minute hold. When she came back she said that the doctor was not in she talked to his Son. Who said that when I come in for my next appointment I should discuss it with The doctor. (No resolution) If this is a portion the insurance did not pay. It should be labeled that way. Not as an additional line item labeled something else.

It was painless, fast and conservative. It saved me hundreds, fixed the issue for under $50. His entire team is warm, professional and everyone there does quality work!
