Payment for rendered services was made via my bank check card. Shortly thereafter their office submitted a claim to United Health which was paid to their office resulting in a duplicate/overpayment. The matter was brought to their attention and after 6+months later I finally received a refund for my initial payment. During this time I was given the run-around and through my continued persistence received reimbursement. I should have been refunded my overpayment within 30 days of them receiving payment from my insurance provider but was never acknowledged of the status of my account. I have since decided to look for another "reputable" dental care provider. The dental services given me over the years I was a patient was second to none but problems with their office staff led to my moving on.
