I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Paradise Card Breaks for a Beckett grading submission. I decided to submit my first grade ever because I've never done it before so I went with Paradise Card Breaks due to a post on their instagram saying they now do Beckett submissions. On 6/6/26, I paid approximately $175 for a Beckett Priority 5-Day Turnaround grading service. Before submitting my card, I was told that the card would be shipped to Beckett on Monday, 6/8/26. 6/13/26, after reaching out to them I received an email stating that the card was only being shipped out that day. Which not sure if that was accurate because that was the day the shipping label was created and was actually shipped on 6/15/26, almost 2 weeks after giving them my card. The explanation given was that this was their first Beckett submission, not sure if the submission process from Beckett is different from PSA which they have plenty of experience with. On top of that I was told that he had off days and nobody else could take care of the project. While I understand that businesses can encounter issues, and everyone deserves their off days but customers should not be paying premium prices for expedited services only to have those services delayed due to a company's lack of experience or internal processes. The entire reason I paid for a Priority 5-Day service was to receive faster turnaround times. Instead, the submission sat for nearly a week before even being sent to Beckett. What should have been a 5-day grading service turned into significantly more time than what I paid for. After experiencing this issue, I looked through other customer reviews and found numerous complaints describing similar problems involving delays, communication issues, and unmet expectations. Unfortunately, my experience appears to be consistent with those reviews. Throughout the entire process I had to reach out to them for any updates through email with a response to wait up to 48 hours for them to respond. On 7/1/2026 I sent another email for an update with no response. On 7/3/2026 I called them for an update and they told me my card will be there on Monday as well as just telling me my grade without asking, was hoping for the surprise but oh well. 7/6/2026. Monday I received an email in the afternoon and went the following day to pick up my card. Based on the delay, lack of follow-through, and failure to meet the promised submission timeline, I cannot recommend Paradise Card Breaks to other collectors at this time. read more

Update: After my original review, the situation escalated significantly. I was contacted by Paradise Card Breaks and informed that my card was stolen in transit after being shipped back from PSA. According to them, a police report was filed, and I was paid out the insured value for the loss. To be clear, this entire process--from the initial mistake of submitting my express order as bulk, to locating the card and resubmitting it, and ultimately the loss of the card during return shipping--reflects a serious breakdown in handling at multiple stages. While I did receive the insurance payout, that does not replace a unique, high-end card, especially considering everything that led up to this point. This was my first submission with Paradise Card Breaks, and it's hard to overlook how many issues occurred from start to finish once the card left my hands. I was offered additional PSA submissions as a resolution, but given how this process went, that is not something I'm comfortable with. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using this shop for PSA submissions--particularly for higher-value cards. Customers should be aware of the risks involved. This experience resulted in the permanent loss of my card. read more

So first of all, I had a valuable PSA 9 card (shining mewtwo) that I cracked open to put into my mewtwo binder years ago. That was one of the cards I decided to submit to PSA thru Paradise Card Breaks for my very first PSA submission. To keep things short 5 months later my cards came back and that previously graded 9 came back a 6... Ok....Fine. But how come when I went to pick up my cards from Paradise Card Breaks, they handed them to me with, 1. No box - my slabs were wrapped in rubber bands. 2. Never received paperwork or emails from PSA (meaning no certification numbers or results.) And #3? How come when I called them asking for said certification numbers and PSA results, they told me they had a card show that weekend and that they would email me AFTERWARDS on Monday. Keep in mind it was a Friday I called and the show was Saturday and Sunday. How long would it have taken to pull up that info and send it to me? Hm. Well guess what. I still haven't been emailed or called or anything.... As a business they should have respected my concern. Not only because it's the right thing to do as a business, but because I have three binders full of cards and I already prepped 50 of them for my next submission I'll be sending ON MY OWN. That way I get the updates and results from PSA themselves. And I won't have to wonder if my cards have been swapped out or tampered with after 5 months of waiting and paying Paradise Card Breaks extra money for a 20 day turn around time. Last thing I'll say is that there's more scams happening than ever before. Don't be an idiot just because someone says they'll make it easier for you. Thank you Paradise Card Breaks very professional. read more

This shop was awesome and the staff were super friendly! They also bought some cards from me at a pretty far price

I sent a friend to go shop for me. I on the look out for collectors cards. My friend went in and saw a Brock Purdy card. She sent over the information and found out that she was quoted $120 for the card. I asked if this was the best price. The sales person then lowered the price. The card was not with in reach due to the employee having access was not available. My friend then went back to pay for the car and the price of the card then jumped up to $180. If your employee make a mistake you as a responsible business owner need to honor the price. This is not good business. read more

Came in the store on a Tuesday with my family. We looked around for about 20 min. Had no interaction with the staff. Acted like we wernt even there. Did find a few items we wanted to purchase. Staff seemed too interested in the back room dealings to deal with in store customers. Finally got someone's attention behind the counter and they couldn't even check us out. Had to wait again for someone in the back room to come up front. read more

Came by yesterday and no interaction at all, was waiting by checkout for like 24 minutes with some stuff I wanted to buy and no one helped, workers too glued to their screens or don't even care. Bet if I walked out with the stuff without paying they would've said something tho. And just to be sure I don't think they could even multitask read more

This place is legit! The staff is super knowledgeable about their products and helped me get a mega box. I'm definitely coming here from now on for all my cards. Came in from out of town to check out all the Pokémon tcg stores in the area. Pleasantly surprised with the experience. Extremely friendly staff right off the bat. I knew from the reviews that they mainly deal with sports cards but took a chance and ecstatic that we did. Not the biggest selection of Pokémon and a small selection of slabs, as they were new to the Pokemon game but they were transparent about that. Spoke with Isaac who had the most knowledge about Pokémon but again was also transparent about his experience. Looked through the two card boxes of loose Pokémon boxes and picked out a nice stack of cards from base set to modern. Cards were all mixed together, not a big deal. Isaac hooked me up with some sticky notes after I asked so I could check Tcgplayer market prices ( industry standard for Pokémon pricing). Anyone who deals with Pokémon knows the prices fluctuate daily and they were willing to hear me out, most places don't even care if they overprice buyers. Warren aka Dub came to make sure I was doing good and helped me the rest of the way, very hospitable. After speaking to him about market price he was more than willing to hear me out. He too was just learning about the tcg market. At the end of it all, Warren priced out the cards at their sticker price and my notes with tcg market prices I checked. The best part of it all in addition to the hospitality was them willing to adjust to tcg market prices. I went to several tcg only stores in the area and for a sports card mainly store these guys impressed with service and customer satisfaction. Warren spoke it over with the owner Mark and let's just say I happily left spending more than I originally planned to. Don't feel intimidated coming into this sports card store for Pokémon, they're friendly humans. Store also had a cool layout being able to watch them do breaks. This place will definitely be at the top of our list of shops every time we visit Vegas. I have a feeling this place will be stacked with Pokémon and other tcg in the future. Check it out for yourself. read more

Went today, on a Tuesday and as the website states, open till 6pm. Raced down there with $800 in my pocket only to be met at the locked front door at 5:30. Girl comes out and says we don't open till 7 or 8. Numerous people inside so I guess I wasn't VIP, first and last time I stop there. Extremely unprofessional to close down for an hour while staff drinks and chills for an hour, get it together! read more

Great deals! Very friendly service. Offers low-high end cards. Also has lots of boxes to fit all price ranges.

Colorful, airy space with lots of knowledgeable and down to earth staff! Super unique and modern approach to the sports hobbyist world! :)

I was so excited to take my kid here and made a special trip to Town Square just to visit this shop. When we were there we were totally ignored. We waited and desperately tried to figure out who, if anyone, worked there. There was a group of people just standing around talking and another guy doing some live stream opening packs, cussing as he did so, despite the child right nearby. It turned out to be a huge disappointment! I went in with a bunch of money to buy my kid some Christmas gifts, but left after feeling like they couldn't care less that there were people in the "store." I don't know what the deal was, but we came home and bought a bunch of stuff on eBay instead. HUGE LETDOWN after such high hopes. My kid was so upset and that is what broke my heart. It was her first time at an actual card shop and it turned out to be a waste of time. I saw other reviews saying this place was great, so I don't know why they decided that we weren't worth their attention whatsoever. All I can do is right this review and warn people about our experience and hopefully they don't do the same to others. read more
