How does a scheduler change a client's confirmed day and time without consulting the client? Then I called to have auto pay stopped because you cannot stop it online, and to cancel my service. I was told that autopay would be stopped and that a bill was being emailed to me. I did not want to use the card that was linked to the autopay; what did the company do? Stopped the autopay, not send me a final bill and billed the card that I did not want billed. Read all of the negative reviews, this company is shady and their services do not work.

Hidden damage from unsealed screws found years later; company ignores attorney letter…read more I am writing this review to warn other homeowners about the hidden, substandard work performed by this company. They were hired to install a critter guard on my home. Instead of correctly attaching the critter guard to the roof decking, they drove unsealed screws straight through my gutters and directly into the fascia underneath. Because this work was on the roof and entirely concealed from sight, I had no way of knowing it was installed incorrectly. The issue was only discovered years later when I hired a professional roofing contractor to install a new roof. They uncovered the unsealed screws penetrating my gutter system and fascia, which caused hidden damage. When I discovered this, I called the company to report the issue. They sent an employee out to inspect the property, but they left without offering any verbal explanation and never followed up with a resolution. I then had my attorney send them a formal letter regarding the damage. This company has completely ignored my inquiries, ignored my attorney's letter, and refused to respond or take responsibility for their work. I have comprehensive photographic evidence of the unsealed screws and the resulting damage. I highly advise looking elsewhere for a contractor who stands behind their work and responds to their clients. Buyer beware.
