It came with a one-year warranty and the option of renewing yearly at a cost that breaks down to about $20 a month. Scheduling was easy. They scheduled my one-week follow up while Michael was still on the job. Both Jonathan and Michael, the technian, were profession and unusually punctual, showing up at exactly when they said they would. That's key to me. Michael was delightful. He spent hours at my house looking for ways these crafty rats were getting into my house and blocking it. His description of the work he was doing sounded like the perfect approach. It's too soon to see if all this worked. But in the meanwhile, I'm telling my neighbors who are also under seige by these rodents that have been displaced by nearby contruction. Or you get the notice after hours when the office is closed. The termite guy tried to come two months early and I had to push back. We had a date scheduled for him to come and he tried to change it again claiming we never agreed on a date. Overall not a great experience and I have switched to doing my own pest control.

Hidden damage from unsealed screws found years later; company ignores attorney letter…read more I am writing this review to warn other homeowners about the hidden, substandard work performed by this company. They were hired to install a critter guard on my home. Instead of correctly attaching the critter guard to the roof decking, they drove unsealed screws straight through my gutters and directly into the fascia underneath. Because this work was on the roof and entirely concealed from sight, I had no way of knowing it was installed incorrectly. The issue was only discovered years later when I hired a professional roofing contractor to install a new roof. They uncovered the unsealed screws penetrating my gutter system and fascia, which caused hidden damage. When I discovered this, I called the company to report the issue. They sent an employee out to inspect the property, but they left without offering any verbal explanation and never followed up with a resolution. I then had my attorney send them a formal letter regarding the damage. This company has completely ignored my inquiries, ignored my attorney's letter, and refused to respond or take responsibility for their work. I have comprehensive photographic evidence of the unsealed screws and the resulting damage. I highly advise looking elsewhere for a contractor who stands behind their work and responds to their clients. Buyer beware.
