I had to reschedule my third appointment because I had a work conflict and they were threatening to charge me a $50 fee even after their past screwups The third time the dental hygienist was ready to clean the other side of my mouth, noticed plaque on the side that was previously cleaned 2 weeks before but said she can only clean one side of my mouth. This is when I decided I wouldn't be returning. I want to leave the dentist with a clean mouth, not just half a clean mouth! The deep cleaning was stupid expensive because they failed to tell me they were out of network with my insurance, had I known that I wouldn't have even gone. Run, don't walk, away from this place unless you like going to a dentists office where the staff isn't ready to work, is ready to over bill you, and is you like professionals taking to you in a really condescending tone. I've lived in Dallas, Austin, and Houston, I usually go every 6 months and in general LOVE the dentist. This is by far, the worst, practice I've ever been to. They run this place like it's a popsicle stand as opposed to operating it like a professional establishment.
