I had called to establish dental care for my daughter in April (this month) and notified them on the phone call that I could see a developing cavity in my daughter's mouth. I specifically asked if they could treat cavities in office for her (knowing she's a toddler based on her birthdate) and they said they would need to do an evaluation and would do treatment a different day. They NEVER told ME DIRECTLY that they can't handle sedation treatments for toddlers. We proceeded to come in and evaluate the cavity only to be told they can't treat cavities in office for toddlers. And it wasnt in a polite "oh I'm sorry you were misinformed" or "I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding." No. Instead, Dr. Dimick rudely interrupted me, held her hand up, and told me she would read through transcripts that would show I was told. Lo and behold, the transcripts never show them telling me. Supposedly 5 months prior (December of 2025) when my husband was calling dentists to find a dentist for our kids, he was told. I was not told. And 5 months later when I'm calling to establish care and I'm specifically telling them there's a cavity, why would they not "reiterate" such vital information?! I would NEVER have wasted time and money there if they would've been transparent and upfront with me, and confided they that are unable to treat cavities in toddlers. What is the point of a pediatric dentist who can't treat?? And more so, a dentist who so rudely claims to have told me things they did not. Absolute insanity and a waste of time. A scam of a dentist as I've found to be common in this area...Take money from you and claim they "evaluated" but doesn't have the ability to treat. It's laughable if I weren't having to pay out of pocket for wasted appointment and X-rays.

We only have a discount card and not an insurance for dental work, therefore you can just imagine a our concern every time when a treatment is needed. Thankfully we have Dakota, who is the receptionist and find the very best price as possible for our situation. She clarifies itemized statement in detail so we have no questions before we leave the office. English as a second language to me, I understand how crucial and comforting when there is a native speaker of their own language staffed at a doctor's office. At this office, there are a few native Spanish speakers like Evelyn who welcomes to the office with genuine heart. I have seen her interacting with Spanish speaking patients and I can assure that they are well taken care of. Lastly, Dr, Sarah, who keeps us well educated and informed about teeth, and also gives us options so we can conduct our own due diligence. She welcomes all questions and you will leave the office as you completed a short dentistry course. Needless to say, all her assistants are wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone needing Pediatric Dentist.

I've had some hygienist that just go thru the motions, but Kayla really took time to polish, work out stains and paint fluoride on my teeth. She was meticulous. My wife and I started going here before Covid. The office was great at that time. However, over…read morethe past two years we noticed a dramatic change: over-crowded, manic and some techs who did not seem well trained. On one visit my wife was left in a back room for an hour and someone finally came back and said "Are you still here?" Last November they found a problem with one of my wife's teeth and said it need to be extracted and replaced with an implant: cost $8000. We trusted them and an appointment was set up with a visiting oral surgeon to do the work. He was extremely brutal and left the room without a word with her bleeding and the staff left to clean up his mess. We later found out he had knocked out a piece of bone from her jaw during the procedure. Several visits later and after multiple x-rays the oral surgeon determined the bone had grown back enough for the implant. But my wife was not willing to submit to his brutality and indifference. They then referred my wife to a specialist outside her office. The specialist took x-rays and determined that my wife's jaw was damaged to the point of not being suitable for an implant without additional extensive oral surgery - even if then. In fact, her mouth, tooth and jaw were so small that an implant was a questionable option to begin with. The specialist suggested a permanent bridge rather than an implant. We did some research and found a reliable dentist who performed the necessary procedure. But it did not end there. I decided to have an exam with the new dentist despite the fact I had a cleaning just a few weeks before. The exam disclosed that after more than 5 years of "care" at Shipp's office, I had gingivitis and was never told...

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!…read more It's been about 6 years since my last trip to the dentist. I have a good amount of gingival recession & had a few areas of hefty tartar buildup. Everyone here from start to finish was fantastic. Jessica was my hygienist & I cannot say enough great things about her. I was upfront about my previous lack of dental care, and at no point during the visit did I feel judged or shamed. Instead we focused on building a treatment plan to get things back on track. I was seen by Dr Smith and I loved her as well! I was able to be very "real" about my story & what concerns I had. Nothing was overly sugar coated, but there was no guilting either... I felt like the whole experience was a team effort to figure out what needed to be done to address my particular needs. Due to multiple issues regarding my oral health, the recommended plan of action was a debridement to allow for a better assessment at a follow up visit. They were even able to accommodate the procedure same day, which was awesome because I know it took a fair amount more time than a routine prophylaxis. As far as a debridement goes, it was about as "gentle" as you can get. Jessica made sure I knew to signal her at the first sign of discomfort, to add additional numbing agent. And the local anesthetic used was super cool, applied topically & lasted only ~15 minutes versus hours walking around while obliviously drooling on yourself. Jessica was efficient & encouraging, she educated me on how with enhanced home care & more frequent cleanings, my periodontal disease has a good chance to be managed. Overall, it was a very positive & constructive experience, which is exactly what I was looking for. The front desk staff was fabulous. Dr Smith was obviously well educated & had a great "bed side manner". Jessica was the highlight, cannot give enough kudos to this gal. Thank you BEE CAVE SOFT TOUCH DENTAL!! See ya in a few weeks.
