She also doesn't push unnecessary treatments which I appreciate as someone who is both budget conscious and takes very good care of my teeth. It even seems like prior issues with finding consistent hygienists have been remedied. Unfortunately they still have a lot of issues finding reliable and knowledgeable front desk personnel, and as a result I have had a TON of billing issues, which ultimately resulted in my and my family leaving the practice. Although these issues have persisted the entire 4 years I have been a patient, most recently I was not told my and my child's visit was out of network until I received the bill. Apparently the practice has not updated their information with insurance providers and the old doctor is still listed as in network even though the practice changed hands nearly a year ago. Although I don't believe it was done on purpose, it certainly affected my family in a financially negative way and it is reflective of the overall poor communication and billing practices.

Today, I was motivated to write this review because of the service I received from the best dental hygienist I have ever had. Kayla gave so much attention to my teeth that I don't ever want to see anyone else. I was a late appointment at the end of the day and even after a long day of work, she was very thorough. I've had some hygienist that just go thru the motions, but Kayla really took time to polish, work out stains and paint fluoride on my teeth. She was meticulous. I could tell that she genuinely cared and that she put the effort in to do the best job she could possibly do. Thanks Kayla!

Some of the front office staff come across as rude and act as if they run the place. I was promised that my order would be ready on 3/27, and while I understand delays can happen, the real issue was the complete lack of follow up. I specifically asked to be contacted--whether the order arrived or notand that never happened. I've been dealing with Edna at the front desk, and even after paying half of the total cost upfront, I still received no update. This is not acceptable customer service. These young office staff members would benefit from proper customer service training. After that a dental plan for treatment was explained and all my questions where answered. I could go on about how pleasant my experience was but let me just say this.
