Now, the biscuits: I had coconut macarons, lime shortbread, and coffee florentines, and they were too delicious to believe, try them for yourself. As soon as you place a coffee order they bring you a water glass on a whimsical silver platter, as if to say 'cleanse your palate lady, you're in for a ride.' What makes this particular patisserie different from the rest in Adelaide, you ask? This store in Mawson Lakes is great because while I love sweet things a bit too much (or possibly an accident waiting to happen) for once I didn't have to wait in line to get some delicious lunch for my hunger pangs. Whenever I visit, my eyes dart towards their savoury range of products, which includes a vast selection of pies, sausage rolls and quiches, that are perfect for lunch, a snack or to take home for the family meal! This store caters to my sweet tooth...and their menu options is wide but it's not too long before you narrow it down! For once, I could just walk in and order straight away..no need for waiting, like the one in the city. And soon, I was munching on the Aussie favourite, the sausage roll with tomato sauce! I also bought one too many desserts! This is another store that made me yelp in my pants!
