I'm back at Par 5 (Formally Fox Hills) for my yearly stay. It's been a nice and relaxing three days so far. Noticable updates this year include new hardwood flooring and carpet, new tvs, added chromecast, improved wifi, new bedding, and new drapes throughout. It looks nice. Hopefully next year there will be updated furnishings.

The waterpark and arcade keep the kids entertained for hours, making it a fun destination no matter the season. A special shout-out to Theresa at the front desk. We've worked with her multiple times over the past year, and she is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It's refreshing to see a familiar face in hospitality, especially when employee turnover can be so common. During our most recent stay, she noticed that our room rate had dropped since we originally booked and proactively rebooked us at the lower rate. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. The facility is starting to show its age in some areas and could benefit from a few updates and refreshes. That said, the outstanding staff more than make up for it. Everyone we've interacted with has been welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they work hard to provide a positive experience for guests. The breakfast buffet was also a great value for families, with pricing of $7.95 for children 12 and under and $14.95 for ages 13 and up, along with a good variety of options. Overall, Tundra Lodge remains a fun family destination in Green Bay, and the exceptional customer service--especially from Theresa--is a big reason we continue to return several times each year.

The hall smells like a sewage backup, it was the least pleasant smell I've experienced in a hotel…read more The waterpark may be nice, I haven't been to it yet, but I want to warn people as soon as possible that this place is not worth staying at and stinks both from a service and literal perspective. There is black mold near our windows and you can tell things need to be fixed here. The staff are rude and didn't offer us anything even when the room wasn't ready on time. It appears they do this for a lot of people and its sad. I had to check for bedbugs because if the state of this hotel. I used to love this place as a kid but this went place went down hill. I will not be staying here ever again.

Great weekend spot for any weather conditions. My family…read more(kids are 2&6) stayed for 2 nights and it had just enough activities to keep us busy the whole time. Pool was perfect for ages 1-9. I bet by 10ish, they would get board, but the beach is always a good time for any age. There was plenty of random stuff to do besides swimming- walk down the pier, ice cream across the street, fire pit smores, arcade, mini golf. We stayed in the captains suite which is separated from the other hallway of rooms which was very nice. Only downside is the food at the on site restaurants. Dinner is okay, but you get different food based on who is cooking (I got the salmon one night and my husband got it the next/ one had different sauces and plated totally differently). Breakfast buffet is bad- dry potatoes, half cooked pancakes, cold sausages, just skip that. There are a few options within walking distance of the resort, and if we brought our stroller, we could have tried. The staff are super super nice. Well trained at customer service and always catered towards kids. I can't emphasize this enough- that staff are fantastic! We will likely come back next year Pro: indoor pool, beach, fire pit, family atmosphere, staff! Cons: food is so so Another big pro: the lifeguard staff are exceptionally trained. I felt extremely at ease with them there.

The beds are absolutely terrible. Some of the worst I have ever slept in. But saying I slept would…read morebe a flat out lie because they are way too stiff and every movement shakes the entire ding bed as if you were in a canoe. I can't sleep in them. It's 2 am and I just had to get up and write this review because I have been rolling around and feeling like I am trying to sleep in a damn canoe They are cheap beds and because of this my son and I could not sleep. It's those kind of beds where you feel the edge of the bed dip as if it feels uneven, you know where you feel it's not level and tipping down at an angle on its sides. It's one of those beds where it's not only stiff and shaky but because it's so stiff, your head tilts up on your pillow because thee is no give in the bed. It's like putting a pillow on Fred Flintstone's bed only it shakes and feels uneven. He had an 8am soccer game for a big tournament and we could not sleep on these cheap ass beds. Not cool when you come to a hotel and the most important function when you are away from home is sleep and you can't get any. This is piss poor execution and taking shortcuts on their furniture. Pisses me off coming here..
