Units are dated but clean and functional. Unit 38 does not have full kitchen only microwave coffee pot and toaster, no kitchen sink or dining table but it is lower cost than full kitchen unit. Owner Doug is good at adressing issues if you contact him. Property has a launch and covered slips that will fit a bass boat with outlets for a charger, but a 8' wide pontoon or deck boat will not fit into slips. Resort boats with motor available to rent. Fish cleaning house also on property. The only downside i found here is that property is not secure (no fences or "private property" signs, so some locals may think its a public park area) and boats have been tampered with, so secure your gas cans and rods and tackle and disable your ignition when docking overnight.

At first, I thought maybe he was just having a rough morning since we arrived around 6:30 a.m., but several other people nearby confirmed that he's always like that. Neither I nor any of my friends will ever spend a dime here again. I highly recommend finding another place -- one that actually values your business and treats you with basic respect.

The view is amazing to wake up to. It was a nice place to come back to after a busy day. Very peaceful and relaxing. If we're ever in that area again, we would definitely stay there again. I saw a post of this camp ground will nickel and dime you and it's true. $10 for mini golf pp Cabana rental by pool is $140 a day Hot tub you have to rent very expensive min 2 nights Guaranteed site is an additional $25 All water-sport activities has a fee very reasonable if they aren't broken paddle boat broken when we rented it NO FISH IN THE CATCH RELEASE POND YET THEY ARE SELLING BAIT IN THE STORE (a lot of really sad kids) -some of the sites flooded! So make sure you ask for a site on higher ground especially if you have a tent - The worst part was the amount of alcoholics at this campground. The chippys on the green where they have an arcade for the kids and crafts for kids but they also have a bar. My kids were freaked out by the old drunk men approaching them mistaking them for someone else. My daughter said one drunk was trying to scare the kids. Then all these drunk people jump on their golf cart with their alcoholic beverages in their hand and drive off. Overall the kids had a pretty good time. Will we be back? No although a pretty nice campground I feel that it's too big for my family and it's not maintained like it should be due to its size things are being forgotten just not for our family
