When looking at the menu prices, I felt they were standard. When I got my food, I was a bit disappointed with what I received. For $6, I expected the catfish to be a whole filet. I've seen photos of catfish plates where customers received a whole filet, so that's what I was expecting. It appeared that my filet had been cut in half lengthwise, so the portion was much smaller than I expected. Flavor-wise, it was just okay. When it comes to the salmon sandwich and fries, they were both very bland. The fries had no salt or pepper whatsoever. The salmon wasn't much better. I could visually tell that pepper had been added to the batter, but the fish itself hadn't been seasoned. Aside from the pepper, I'm not sure the batter was seasoned either. Additionally, the sandwich didn't come with any toppings or condiments, so it was very dry. I did ask for tartar sauce and ketchup packets, but I only received two tartar sauce packets, which wasn't nearly enough for both the sandwich and the catfish filet. I felt that the salmon was fried perfectly, and I did enjoy the crunch, but for $13.50 I expected it to at least come with some lettuce or pickles--or at least the option to add them.
