If anything he seemed annoyed that i woke him up or so it seemed. He wasn't friendly, cordial, interested in having a potential customer back on the customer's time. We were not told ONCE that the "lavender blue" pulled more blue prior to ordering even though our original inquiry was for PURPLE.
