Same thing. As i went back in my car a man, the owner i guess, was at the door dressed in casual shorts and a Tshirt i think. He looked like he just woke up. I asked him if he was open. He said only "by appointment only." Now the "appointment" words were not on his Yelp page or front door. He told me his openings for Friday and Saturday. I was already annoyed about his unprofessionalism and poor credibility for someone having a business, i think the idea is to cater their business life around the customer and not the customer cater their problems around the business owner's convenience. If anything he seemed annoyed that i woke him up or so it seemed. He wasn't friendly, cordial, interested in having a potential customer back on the customer's time. When we went to pick up the shirts today we didn't even notice the shirts as ours upon first look breached they are so far off from purple. We were not told ONCE that the "lavender blue" pulled more blue prior to ordering even though our original inquiry was for PURPLE.
