As I checked with friends about joining me, I decided to call them to get more information and place an order. Calling on a Monday later afternoon, I learned they were closed and called again Tuesday. The lady sounded busy so I kept the conversation brief in getting her advice in going online. I did this and after reading and navigating I placed my order. I received a confirmation email (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=24&select=pcDusU-EwnIdwbtLiWW5-A) and shared it with my participating friends. After confirming a friend was attending the memorial, I asked him to take a photo for our group. A few days later, I asked him about it and he said there were only a few arrangements there. He shared this photo (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=24&select=xAiHZiYClrW8pmNerRLwEQ) which confirmed they were delivered. He didn't see any card or identification on it so perhaps it was handed to a family member. Thank you, Flower Bowl, for helping us with this solemn tribute. My only suggestion is that you consider sharing photos with your customers by email or text when not ordering in person. *** I understood that they were likely busy as I called during the week leading to Valentine's weekend.

Keep in mind I know how to take care of flowers (tips from florists) by to make them last usually 4 weeks, I cut the stems, feed them, change the water every other day. Update: nothing resolved told me that flowers from here are Guaranteed 5 days life span after that undetermined. $80 for a bouquets is Ridiculous better off buying flowers that last longer at grocery stores or Costco and creating your own + buying a vase from goodwill. Won't have him purchase here again. Update #2 response to the google review: flowers were purchased on the 6th delivered on the 7th I called on the 16th it was not two weeks; I have the receipt. Whoever was on the phone did not say I could pick up another bouquet she said the grace period was only 5 days, and there is nothing they can do. Please inform customers correctly of your policy to prevent miscommunication, my issue could have been resolved earlier!

Instead of giving me beautiful flowers they sent over cheap, crappy flowers. The colors don't even match the colors in the bouquet I had originally ordered from 1-800 flowers. If you can avoid ordering from this place please do so. I've registered a complaint with 1-800 flowers and I hope to never receive flowers from this place again.
